West Milwaukeeis and looks like a great community. Lots of business going on from Lincoln Ave to National Ave and around there. Cermack is great for groceries, Culvers has great sandwiches and custard, Subway, Menards, is there. Mc Donalds and I Hop r on 43rd and National. A Starbucks and a cousins and a Duncan Donet r all there. Target, Walmart r there as well. Pretty much everything except an Aldi's which is at 35th and Greenfield. Sendick's is there next to a Goodwill store. I'm sure I haven't even come close to mentioning everything. Just drive carefully down 43rd or Miller Parkway....
Read moreThere are 3 different play areas for younger school age kiddos. I went with a 3 year old and an 6 year old. They had a great time. There were plenty of other kids in that age group to play with. ⚠ WARNING ⚠ One issue: there is a blue seat, like a stool, that turns in circles. IDK what the city is thinking...that thing is hazardous!! For sure a broken leg, arm, or neck waiting to happen. Be Careful....
Read moreI took my 2 year during the middle of the week because I had been running errands all morning. It was nice and clean. Different play areas so more than enough to keep older and younger kids busy. 2 jungle gyms, 2 swing sets, baseball field, soccer field. Parking might be difficult to find on a day when the weather is good. Overall though, I'd take my children there again...
