I usually have a pretty good experience at this Target location & with returning items, but on Monday I had 2 rude staff experiences with a return. I had bought the new Hogwarts game for Xbox X, however I had bought the wrong platform version and was seeing if I could return it. I had just opened the wrapping when I realized that this disc wouldn’t be compatible with my Xbox One. I went up to the return counter and told this older gentleman (who didn't acknowledge me at first for a couple minutes as he was talking to a coworker) that I would like to return the game. He immediately rebutted with “It’s opened, you can’t return this” pretty rudely and stared at me like I was stupid for not knowing this. I eventually had to go onto the Target website MYSELF and saw I could exchange the same game (even if it was opened) for a different platform. I have a PS5 so I went back in and asked If I could get the game exchanged for the PS5 version. Even after showing 2 other staff members the policy on the Target website, an older lady that worked Returns & Exchanges claimed “I’m not comfortable with this” even when I showed her the policy that I could exchange an opened game for a different platform. All the staff went off to the side for what seemed like forever to discuss this and I overheard the first guy that I dealt with (that denied the return) try to convince the other staff not to accept the exchange, “because we don’t even know if they actually bought the game at Target.” This angered me a lot because if the older male worker had actually given me the time of day, he would’ve seen that I was showing him an e-receipt that I had. Fortunately, another staff named (from what I remember) Yahir, said that the exchange was possible since he had done it before. Yahir took me and my partner over to the tech section to get the exchange done. What should’ve taken 5 mins took 30 because of staff not honoring policy. Overall, I am very angered by my experience and I’m not sure I will come back here...
Read moreI hope target has great health insurance so the employees can have the molasses out of their a$$3$. The store is nice, clean, and orderly. The product is as expected and stocked. The employees are very slooow. I don’t shop their often but today the meds went to that pharmacy so I grabbed a few extra things while there. The cashier scanned at a rate of 10 items per minute it seemed like! Then their chip reader was not reading my chip so I entered every digit on my card three times. The mgr comes over and told me it’s my bank or my card. Knowing damn well it’s not I told them to suspend my transaction while I use the ATM. I go grab 40 bucks out of the machine and furiously walk back to the register with the mgr still there and forcefully placed the money on the counter. I told her obviously it’s not my card or my bank it’s your machine because my card works in the ATM. She said okay then I will place a sign on the card reader. No apology or anything from the mgr but the cashier did apologize. Today’s visit reminded me why I don’t...
Read moreTraditional Medicinals Detox Tea that I bought from this store caused me a lot of pain and sickness. The trust I had in such a once healthful company caused me to drink way to much of this poison. This Tea was tainted or poisoned and returned to the store. Martinelli's Sparkling Cranberry Apple Cider was also bad, tainted or contaminated. When I tasted this product I noticed a different undesirable taste and had aches and pains throughout the night with poor sleep. When I tried it again in the morning the bad taste was more prevalent and the bad feeling continued so I stopped drinking it and returned it to the store. Target has been illegally stalking, harassing and now food poisoning me for several years now and this must stop. I will be contacting these companies that are also participating in this illegal stalking, harassing and food poisoning. Test all your food and drinks before consuming when shopping at any...
