The venue was lovely. I rented the venue for my wedding. They were able to decorate the venue and execute my vision. However, there were certain things that completely turned me off to the experience.
During the rehearsal they were taking people in to show and book the venue for following events. This was disruptive to us because we couldn't ask questions while they were doing this and it ended up running later than we wanted to. In addition, when we were dropping things off customers entered again to see the venue and thought we were workers and were trying to find the workers. Again we have paid in full and would've been nice to have use of the space exclusively for an hour to just go over things. The day of the wedding they were asking all of the questions they should've asked during the rehearsal. It poured the day of the wedding and as soon as I entered I was bombarded with questions from the dj who did not show to the rehearsal. I was trying to fix my dress and hair and admittedly I was frazzled. When I was on the way to the venue I was also called about the set up of the food by the venue and caterer who were debating the placement. I kept saying, it's raining and my hair is getting messed up please just handle it and to keep getting calls was extremely distressing. Throughout the wedding i was asked over and over again what to do, when i provided a schedule and just wanted to enjoy myself. Granted they helped cover and lift my dress when I got there, I truly feel this should've been thought of again during rehearsal. Had they not taken those customers this could've been discussed. The dj did not coordinate the sparklers with us and they went on randomly during our first dance. When I arrived they did not inform the groom and did not say the ceremony was starting despite it being on the schedule and me telling several employees I'm coming up on time. This meant my escort was not waiting for me and I had to shout through the door asking for him to escorts me down the isle (very embarrassing). They forgot to put out several things for the wedding that I paid for. I made place cards for each person and laminated a seating arrangement for the hostess. No card was placed at the tables. I had light foam sticks and during the last half hour I had to take time to go in the closet and start distributing them. (When they saw me they ended up coming over and helping) They also forgot the sign for the honeymoon fund that we made that was QR code to send money electronically. This meant several people did not give gifts. And most upsetting was they started cleaning up at about 8pm when the party ended at 9pm. Literally taking things from the tables and it completely threw me and everyone else off. I paid a good amount for the venue and to have things cleaned so early was definitely a bummer. And they didn't help put things in the car even though it was pouring. They didn't let us come the next day and we all had children.
Overall, it was beautiful and the music was great. The speakers weren't in someone's face and evenly distributed music so not one table was blasted with music. They were able to execute my vision and it was helpful to have a venue who had the photobooth, dj and servers all included. There were just constant issues and things I feel they could improve upon if they were more conscious of the guests especially bride/groom. I would recommend but only If you have an extremely support family/bridal team and don't mind the above issues.
I do want to shout out the bartender (not in the picture) who was constantly putting out fires and was very proactive. I also liked that they accepted extra decor from us (even if they forgot some). They bartenders and servers were quick and efficient as well. The photobooth was fun and the attendant even made extra pictures for others! That was great.

From booking this venue with Jennifer, who is probably one of the sweetest ladies I’ve ever met to the actual celebration of my wedding. The venue was decorated exactly as I envisioned. Every detail that was discussed was displayed and everything was absolutely beautiful. All of my guests had an awesome time and everyone continues to comment on the wonderful time which was had. The DJ played excellent music and was extremely accommodating with all requests, the waitresses attended to my guests needs and the bartender was definately on the move making sure everyone was attended at all times. I commend each and everyone at Cesar’s Hall for their hard work and dedication in making my wedding one of the happiest days of my life. Read moreI would recommend Cesar’s Hall to ANYONE looking to celebrate an event with a staff that will be attentive, helpful, and very easy to work with. If you want to not have to worry about decor and hiring different vendors, this is the place for you. I celebrated my baby shower for our first baby girl and Cesar’s Hall exceed my expectations. They literally handle EVERYTHING— the only thing you are responsible for is food and drinks. The lady who handles the decor is very nice and creative, Mila and her staff are absolutely amazing during the event. All were welcoming, understanding, and provided great customer service to all guests. The decor turned out PERFECT — again more than what I expected. I did package #3 for reference, and for all that the package includes the price made sense. I look forward to doing future events at Cesar’s Hall.
