This bus company picked up my daughter and her entire class for a school trip and on there way back home the bus had broken down on Rt80 just as rush hour started to kick in. I called the office to ask for an update on what was being done to get all the kids off the highway and was immediately hung up on. After calling back 3 times on the third call a woman picked up and told me to loose the number and hung back up.The phone staff is so unprofessional and rude especially when there bus has over 30 kids in it just to hang up on a parent trying to find out what was going on. Needed to rent luxury bus for a wedding When I drove up To the building I noticed all buses lined up ready to go When inside met with the staff Eddie & Stephanie. We went over the details they showed me the inside of buses they looked ( very nice) and around the property it was like museum tour ! Reason being the company has been family owned and operated since 1918 with this said I made my Reservation and waited for that very special day and when it arrived the day was spectacular.They met all my expectations and more. First of all the bus was an hour and 15 minutes late. After a 10 day trip all we wanted to do was get home and a late bus delayed that operation greatly. Also the bus smells incredibly musty. It's straight out of 1971. Surprised it doesn't have a record player so we can jam out to Led Zeppelin lV which was conceived the same day as this bus.
