👎🏼🤬This company should be the reason why you should be able to give Negative stars... You are paid to do a job and do it right! If you do it wrong you should fix your mistakes. Professionals (at least I thought they were professionals) were hired so no damage would be done to the house or outside area. Any other reliable company that knows that they messed up, or were wrong on there part would have fixed the problem, apologized to the owner and would be ok with the outcome. Especially if they were caught on camera. But no not with this company apparently if they do damage to your house or outside patio they don’t care and shrug it off. Deny till the end even if there is video evidence. They just chalk it up to being picky about the damage they caused. If you want to take a chance on your property and hire non professionals and hope they don’t damage it... then hire these guys. If not do some...

The owner of this company who provided tree cutting services a few days ago is someone I will never use again or recommend to anyone. They ended up causing noticeable scratches on the coated surface to our front stair railings from branches that fell while they used a crane to remove large pieces of tree trunks. The owner himself used some kind of sand paper to remove it when we weren’t looking & ended up visibly fading a large area of the coating/texture on both sides of the railing. He denied even touching those areas & when we looked at the camera recording & showed him that he DID do the damage, he STILL denied it. Never took ownership & actually said WE were being COMPLICATED and NITPICKING!!! He did not offer a resolve in the end. REALLY???? Don’t trust him & don’t use his service! Definitely does not care about the customers and does not own up to or fix any...
