Can you please tell your employees stop being selfish when they are trying to get to their job on time. If they don't have good time management skills that does not give them the right to nearly kill people trying to get to work on time. I was driving to your establishment but on the way was almost in a car accident because a car wanted to run a red light and jump in front of me. Come to find out it's an employee at the Dollar tree and her boyfriend gets out of the car kisses her and jumps in the driver seat and she walks into the Dollar tree. I asked one of the co-workers what her name was and they said "blue". you can't correct no one these days and I'm not going to get into a fist fight or argument trying to teach someone common sense but if you guys could pass on the message and let blue ( who looks like she is in her 30s) no that is very selfish to drive like that when there's other lives at stake that would be great. There's already so many people that have no consideration so let's see if she cannot be a part of the problem. Plus she's representing a company and it just...
Read moreI was there earlier when a worker started arguing with a lady because he refused to bag her items. When she finally threatened to cancel the items, he reluctantly agreed. I was also in the man’s line and he was going back and forth with other customers regarding the plastic bags. Soon, I finally reached the front of the line. I bought over 10 items and I realized he placed all the items in one bag. After, when he realized the bag was too full, he told me to carry one of my items and I asked him for another bag. He then looked at me and rearranged the bag and still put them all in one bag. I previously asked him for another bag so I could separate my items and he refused. After, I was paying and I could sense he was glaring at me. Before I left, I asked him for a bag and he angrily handed me the bag. It’s ridiculous that the employee is displaying poor customer service especially for something a simple as a bag....
Read moreBeware of this store! Am here on vacation and just stop in to grab a couple things we forgot. Found everything we needed but while standing in line they closed. A couple tried to come in and were told the was closed and they along with one of the cashiers started arguing to the point that as we were walking out the couple drove by and yelled out the window they were going to come back and KILL the cashier. Granted this couple had a few screws loose but the cashier was extremely unprofessional by yelling back at them through the whole situation. What made matters worse is the manager (or who I assume was the manager) was there allowing her employee to do this. I strongly recommend finding a different location as most of my experiences with Dollar Tree...
