SERVICE - 9/10 there seems to be A LOT of employees working at a time, and that seemed a little chaotic, but Austin helped us and didn't leave us wanting for anything at all, touched up on our table multiple times, and when we got our food, he even did a VERY VISIBLE walk-by, just to see if we needed anything but didn't interrupt us from digging in. Classy move, great service.
PRICE - 7/10 a bit pricey, Same food but less expensive SUNDAY Specials + LUNCH Specials , however, don't go for the lobster, it's underwhelming for the price, and gets boiled in with all the other goodies, so it was well overcooked and probably frozen because it stuck to the shell ( hard to get out and enjoy)
FOOD - 10/10 DELICIOUS Seasoning (high sodium) , mussles were delicious and had alot of natural juice, despite the flavor packed seasoning, crabs were sweet and meaty, and the shrimp was great. potatos/corn/hard boiled eggs were simple but awesome when mixed with the sauces. Hush puppies were delicious/hot/fresh
ENVIRONMENT -10/10 The inside is dim lit, modern looking, with a nice bar in the center, and a sort of franchise-y Nautical theme. heavy Duty Chairs, and played modern hip hop/pop music on a sunday late afternoon. The windows were heavy black tinted, so it...
Read moreFairly new restaurant in the area and I hadn't heard about it until I found it. I did the boil with crab, shrimp, hard boiled eggs, potatoes, and sausages. You get to pick your choice of seasoning and spice level.. I did Cajun medium, next time ill do hot. It comes out nice and hot in the plastic bag, dump it on you're plate and you are ready to feast. The setting is pretty cool too, actually unexpected, nice decor, good music and they had a small fog machine going, so there was a fog inside (kinda like that dockside fog in a fishing village), I thought it was pretty cool. But I can also see where someone may not like it. I've had boils before where its not seasoned enough... this was well seasoned and a ton of butter, it was delicious. For locals in there area its a great place to check out, especially since we don't have many choices for a good boil. The price wasn't bad, my boil set me back roughly $25, but it was more than enough food, they didn't skimp on that either. Highly recommend if you get the urge for a sea food boil. Great first impression, go see...
