Update 2:. I am here now. I love your food, BUT same issue again today! 1 person as bartender, only server and hostess. Took 30 min. To get an order of spinach cheese dip, forever for drinks to come. Too slow and understaffed. Please fix your lunch staffing or I'll just have to go elsewhere. I've given multiple chances. Also it is ridiculously hot inside the restaurant. Very disappointed today, even good food won't make up for this. 2 stars is only for food. Service is worse than before. Got here when they opened, expecting better, but no. A/c just turned on as we are finished eating. Unreal. Update: I hate to have to say this, but although the food is excellent, the last 2 visits the service has gone from slow to terrible. The other day there were quite a lot of people eating and only 1 server! We had to wait excessively long for everything. Drink order, drinks, food order, the list goes on. And even an extremely long time to pay the check. I hate to take away stars, but this place would be phenominal if the service wasn't so bad!! Please read this and take notice whomever the owner is!! The service was prompt and she was very nice, as well as attentive. We ordered the spinach cheese dip, which was very good. I had a veggie burrito and my friend had a spinach pizza. The portions were HUGE, we both got to-go boxes. The only reason I took away a star was that the salsa was not fresh and tasted like it was out of a can; and secondly, I asked if my burrito had onions on it and she said no, however, it did have onions on it.... so I had to pick them out. If they got a better, fresh salsa I would definitely like it better. Next time I know not to order anything without knowing for sure it doesn't contain onions. It was strategically tucked in the lettuce. The other dishes were fine as usual. I'm so surprised. The previous night before there was a order mix up witha DoorDash order, but was handled with care. Tonight, I'm shocked, and a bit sad. Also, the bag smelled like fish. We didn't order any fish. I feel like this was done on purpose 😪. I Order from here at least once a week. Now unfortunately I don't feel safe eating here 😕. My family enjoyed their food, but I can't trust that I won't accidentally eat meat. Thank you for your previous service 😔.

Thank you for your service. The dishes were made with patience and love. More importantly to me, authenticity. My kids loved their dinner, and had enough for leftovers. The portions were very generous, thank you. I have been sitting here forking my rice trying to figure out what's in it and if it's a sofrito base, or Mexican spices and chiles... Not once did she said they were 6 inches like she supposedly assumed she said to us. They come to the table and all 6 were huge. 1 is enough to fill you up. But instead of her throughly explaining that prior before we ordered all that food she failed to do so. Then did not want to take off the 2 from the check. I have ate in multiple restaurants throughout my 30 years and have never experienced such poor customer service from the server and the manager himself. Telling me they can’t remove food from a check? I have never heard of such a thing in my life. The whole point of having a business is making sure your customers are happy and informed correctly on what they are getting before it comes to the table so they come back again and again to your establishment. And for the manager to talk poorly and rude to me the way he did shows what type of business he runs. I’m sorry you need money that bad that you have to spin it as if you can’t remove things if someone is unhappy with their experience.
