I don't as a rule write reviews and have never written one for a mail order company but the folks at Tropical Acres are so exceptional, I could not help myself. I have been ordering mangoes from them for over 3 years now and their boxes have been the highlight of every year. I have sent many boxes to my friends and family and they all say that these mangoes were even better than the ones they have had in India. I know that's true because I have the exact same opinion. They are not inexpensive because of shipping but you get what you pay for with not even a single bruised or bad mango in the nearly 50 large boxes I have ordered so far. Each mango is hand labeled and meticulously wrapped with such love and care, it is difficult to comprehend ..... Becky and Alex will go out of their way to take care of their customers from Becky thoughtfully loading boxes with mango varieties that I had asked for (even though that was definitely not part of the deal) to Alex personally replacing a box of mangoes that was hijacked from my shopping cart just as I was checking out. Their price of $5 a pound at their fruit stand in Florida makes me really regret not living there. What a steal ! I would pay twice that ! I would not buy mangoes from any other place. Ask me how I know! If Tropical Acres were a publicly traded company, I would buy their stock. I strongly urge all mango lovers to get everything they can from these guys. You cannot do better. There was no incentive for me to write this review except to hope that their enterprise continues to grow and thrive. They are truly exceptional and deserve every bit of our business and support. Apparently Google does not permit...

We called many places to find mangoes, and surprisingly, this was the only one that answered the phone and told us they’re selling mangoes at this time of year. Do call them before going!! It was easy to get there, and the farm itself is really well taken care of. They grow many different types of mangoes, so there’s a wide variety of flavors—each one very refreshing and delicious.

Besides mangoes, they also grow avocados and other tropical fruits, but those aren’t available right now because it’s not the season. The mangoes are pre-picked and ready to go—when you find the ones you like, they weigh them for you to pay. We paid $5 per pound.

Two lovely ladies helped us with our order. They knew a lot about different kinds of mangoes and could tell us which ones were best. They also sell mango plants if you’re interested in growing your own, depending on where you live.

They didn’t offer us a try-before-you-buy sample, but we picked one of each mango we liked based on their advice. We tasted them in the car and decided to buy more. Most of the mangoes weren’t ripe yet, so we know it will take a few days for them to ripen perfectly.

It’s also good to know that they ship mangoes and other tropical fruits if you don’t want to go there in person. Overall, it was a great experience, and we’re really happy with our...

Wish I could give a negative infinite star rating!!! Only people with no self respect can buy mangos here. The owner who actually has leased this place and thinks he knows everything about mangos has too much Attitude. I drove 6 hours yesterday to get a particular variety and requested if I could get a box. Nobody is buying for free and the way he answered was very humiliating and disrespectful. He even directs you to park under the hot sun while he gives the spot under the trees for the customer he wants. Have bought mangos in the past from this place and regret doing that. Very sour customer service experience, can't even explain. It really hurts to write reviews like this about farmers and farms. There are many mango farms around in this area where you can get quality mangos and great customer service experience. Kindly request any of the fellow google review writers to let me know if there is any organization or forum where I can report this business? Would like to report the same, thanks The immediate response from this team after they read the review, shows their treatment towards the customers!!! Nobody would even attempt to go near the fruit stand after they treat you like "Trash" PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM...

I’ve purchased multiple mango trees from multiple online purveyors. Tropical Acres has the best selection plants on the best rootstock for California. These plants have not had issues with disease or root rot. When I ship them to California they arrive in pristine condition. They go beyond and email pictures of the tree and communicate incredibly well. I don’t know many folks who would hold delivery for a week because they know you are having torrential rain. They have provided unique guidance and truly want me to be successful. My hope is that one day they can ship mangoes to California. I have also bought scions for grafting and found them to be great quality. The pricing is fair and competitive without gouging and i really appreciate the extra time it takes them to do what they do…. I’ve bought a ton of the new zill mangoes as well as unique and rare varieties. Trees like this are a long term investment and you are not going to find a better product. I’ve clearly bought enough to be a good judge..

A Hidden Gem for Mango Lovers! Visiting this family-owned mango farm in West Palm Beach was an unforgettable experience. With over 300 mango varieties it was an incredible experience. The owners are incredibly knowledgeable, passionate, and warm (shout out Blanca who took a picture for us and was soo sweet and knowledgeable) you can tell this farm is a true labor of love. Every mango I tasted was unique, flavorful, and picked at peak ripeness. They took the time to explain the flavor profiles and history of each variety, which made the experience so much more meaningful. It’s rare to find a place that blends agriculture, culture, and hospitality so beautifully. If you’re a mango lover or just love ripe local fruit this is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be coming back and in the meantime they ship so I will be ordering from them until my next visit!
