Hub Furniture — Attraction in Westbrook

I bought my first piece of furniture from Hub when they were still in Biddeford. Customer service was fantastic back then. I just recently purchased a Futon from them. The lady who sold me the futon must've been new because I was misinformed about delivery When I called the Portland office trying to get clarification because I had been misinformed, they didn't seem to care that I was misinformed and were sarcastic about it. It took me a month to get my futon when everything was said and done. When it was received and after the delivery men left, i noticed a chip in the arm. I don't want to wait another month to get another one. I am just going to deal with it. I am not happy with them and will never buy a piece of furniture...
