I rarely post reviews. In this case, I have no choice. I haven’t been a fan of their pizza for quite some time. It’s ok but they put the cheese over some of the toppings and they NEVER put enough sauce on the pie. But they make a really good meatball sandwich. So I thought I’d order both last night so I’d have leftovers. I ordered a small meatball sub and, being proactive, I ordered my small, three-item pizza with extra sauce. I thought I was being smart. The pizza and sandwich were delivered timely. However, the pizza had even less sauce than anticipated. It was so light on sauce, it was as if the cook was making fun of my order. The sauce on the meatball sandwich was so overcooked, it was almost maroon in color and extremely bitter because of it. And nearly half of every bite was bread only. I can’t believe the cook put that sandwich together, looked down at it and thought it was acceptable to serve. I was so incensed, I almost called the restaurant but I didn’t want to make the person that answered feel uncomfortable as I’m sure she didn’t prepare the food. But this was a horrible meal. I frequent this place so I was extremely disappointed. And to pay $31 for a small sandwich and pizza? Plus a $4 tip for the driver. $35…with most of the food ending up in the trash. Ordered pizza here before and had no problems, but tonight was the exception. Ordered our usual Greek which comes with a red sauce and never once have been told the are two options meaning the other is a garlic butter... First, as a always order a Greek pizza person.. got our pizza and surprise No Sauce! Terrible testing BTW. So I call and asked about it as well as the price increase. First off, I was told their prices on the web site have not been updated. Customer service strike one and that the Greek pizza is offered with red sauce or garlic butter..... news to me! I have never been given this offering at WHP nor any HOP. Well any way I was cut off by a very impatient employee with a very raspy voice offering no resolution to my unsatisfactory order. I could tell she JUST DIDN'T CARE! Additionally, the other pizza we got have very little sauce. I question if they even had enough for the night or trying to save cost? We will be moving on and not order from there again. I rather travel the next town over. Unfortunate, this is not what I want to see in my town. Still looking for a quality...

I've gotten food from here a few times now. I like their pizza, but I got the bread sticks they have and I had to throw all of them away. They were rock hard and weren't worth the money in any way. The last time I went, I called to put in an order, and a lady answered and asked me to please hold. 5 min later, I hung up because I think she forgot I called. I called like 10 min later after I hung up and the same thing, this time I only waited 2 min then hung up. I know I am a glutton for misery, but I called again and got a different person and they took my order right away. I got there and I still had about 10 min to wait, so while I waited, I saw the girl that was taking orders, I realized that she can't multi task and needs training. There was only 1 table in there with 4 people, and she had them waiting on themselves. They weren't busy by any means, so I have no idea why she was so slow and why I was left hanging on the line.
