I tried this class once to see what this strong class was about. Doing push ups, sit ups, burpees and planks was hard at first. I felt exhausted after this class. I continued with it to see what more I could do. Starting out wasn't easy, but being consistent with the different classes I took it became easier. Pam is an Amazing coach. She takes the time to have one on ones to talk to each of us about eating healthy, proper forms of exercising, intermittent fasting, meal prepping, checking our glucose and ketone numbers, reading the ingredients on foods and making sure your drinking enough water throughout the day. The information she provides us are great resources. She helps you find the best plan that can work for you to reach your goal whatever that may be. She's more than a coach. She's a friend, sister, mentor who you can reach out to on a personal level. We're all on a journey together of being healthy, but we all have different paths of how to accomplish our goals. The support system with Pam and the team is what we all need whether we're having a good or bad day. The one thing she reminds us of is that we are Never Alone on this journey, life happens and we that we are all here for each other on our best and worst days. Read moreWhen I entered CFL I was trying to get healthier and stronger. I could not do it on my own. I started off with CFL hip hop, zumba, lablast and a few boxing classes. End of 2018, I saw the Strong Group working out. I approached Pam, I said I need this. She told me to take a class and let her know my thoughts. I was so impressed with the intensity of the workout and Pam's dedication to each client, in the middle of that class I said I'm ready. More than 70lbs down, several wonderful inches gone, thousands of burpies, sit-ups, push-ups and jumping jacks later I look forward to working out with Pam and the amazing Strong Group weekly. We receive group fitness, personalized training, nutrition assistance with delicious healthy meals, strength training, HIIT, cardio, stretching. (I still zumba with Pam.) If I am on vacation with my family I love that I can join livestream or check out a recording. I like to show off to my family what we do CFL and cook them a healthy meal (smile). I am so grateful to Pamela Conn, Columbus FitLife and her many partnerships that create the atmosphere I need to keep me healthy, strong and motivated. Pam's dedication to her clients is priceless. Read moreIn July 2018, i joined Zumba classes at Columbus Fit life. It’s the best zumba classes you would ever have and i truly loved to dance with Pam 🥰. She is amazing dancer and fitness trainer and she builds-up complete positiveness, confidence and motivation within you that you loose your pounds just like that and get back to shape. I could hardly dance with Pamela for 2 months, as i had to move to Texas. But when i moved back to Columbus in 2022 February, i was so excited and the first thing i did was joined back to CFL and its wonderful to be a part of CFL family now!! It changed my life!! Yeah, its beautiful to be with the whole team, the happiness is precious!! Credit goes to Pamela, a beautiful gorgeous mentor and more than a sis to me!!
