This place is a complete joke. They only care about themselfs. They will lie to you. Give you the worse grade of hearing aids. Rexton is a very cheap brand. The behind the ear hearing aids shut off randomly and they gave me a tooth brush to clean my hearing aid with. Just unprofessional. They dont know what they are talking about with insurance. They argued with my insurance company about why they didnt want to to the work. My insurance company told me to find a different place because they told many lies on the phone as if hear usa were the ones paying for the hearing aid. They gave me cheap hearing aids with ton of feed back and screaming nosies and told me there was nothing they could do. Just LAZY. ive been hearing impared my whole life and never have i been told i cant get in the ear hearing aids nor have i been told there was nothing a doctor could do to fix the feed back. They are liars and want you to feel like you dont know anything but no one is more dumb founded then the doctor natialie. Oh and the person who handles ur prices and paperwork is the front desk lady lol also very unprofessional and will lie also and once you bust her she will make an excuse up why she lied. Id give them 0 stars if i could. Save you time dont go here. Read moreI went to Hear USA in July for new hearing aids. It was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. To top that off the hearing aids haven’t hardly worked at all. The company located in 43081even closed for awhile. Guess what they are back open now and the new Audiologist, MaKenna is wonderful. She’s having to deal with previous customer service issues and do her job. She deserves a raise, a metal and recognition from Hear USA. She has taken care of the problems with my hearing aids. They were defective and in about a week I will be wearing my NEW hearing aids. For those of yo in Columbus, Ohio 43081 who have experienced problems with customer service problems please don’t hesitate to return to that location and let MaKenna take care of you. Read moreInitially I was ok with the service and hearing aids I got but I just found out that you get 3 visits after they are ordered. Today I found out that I only have 1 visit remaining because the fitting appointment after they come in is counted as 1 visit and the next appointment in 30 days to make sure they are working correctly is your 2nd visit. Today I called because I got a new phone and they said to pair my hearing aids to it would use up my last free visit. Additional visit will be $60 each NOT covered by insurance....I will NOT go back to the the next time I need new products. Next time I’ll go to Costco...
