If I could give this negative stars I would.
I placed a mobile pick up order on 6/30/24, and I didn't get my food until 9:05-9:10pm, when I had ordered around 8:20pm, that is nearly an hour of waiting. I only stuck it out that long because I had already paid for it and wasn't in a rush and there was another guy waiting that came about 5 minutes after me, we were talking about what was going on (he was a Dasher and had to cancel the order because they took too long but also messed up the order and managed to label it under GrubHub and he wasn't able to take it I guess).
The doors were locked but two guys were sitting inside, I was only let in because two people were walking out saying they weren't taking orders apparently at the counter but I was there to pick up my food, not order so the lady said I should be fine to just get it. Why are the doors locked but people inside waiting to eat at tables?
I wasn't acknowledged until about 5-10 minutes in, the guy asked what I was here for and I said a mobile pick up for myself. Workers didn't acknowledge me or the Dasher again only until after they served the two guys sitting in the dining room and they had been waiting for their food for a half hour. It'd been like 25 minutes at this point since I got there. They only acknowledged us because the guy said "What about her? She's been here longer than I have and I'm here for DoorDash". They did have 3 people working, the kitchen was an absolute mess and were prioritizing the drive-thru. I understand that they are short staffed but to not say anything, even just a "Hey we're a little behind" when one of the workers would look over at us constantly and the one girl was going "Omg they keep trying to come in" because other people were trying to open the doors but walked away is just a little odd.
DoorDash guy left after canceling the order, and said good luck to me lol. Two of the 3 workers seemed heavily under the influence of something, a guy and girl and the one guy could barely talk it seemed. The girl would just stare like a deer in the headlights when she talked, it was like a yelling talk it was odd. They finally started to make my food it seemed.
A new worker came in, and exclaimed "I'm sick as hell but I'm here to make tacos you guys" to the 3 workers but all of us who were waiting could hear that...
I finally get my food and as I was checking my bag the guy said "Oh yeah you had a large drink" and I said yeah, so I waited. It took a bit to get my drink. He hands me the drink and I'm grabbing my stuff the guy goes "Oh" while holding the straw with the sticker on it that they use for food deliveries to ensure protection of the drink and the girl next to him is just staring at me then she goes "your straw" and I'm like okay... and he moved at a snails pace to put it on my drink with the sticker... 2 person job to give me a straw... He then tried saying "I'm sorry" but only said a slurred "I'm so-" before he left and didn't say anything after that and walked away.
As I was walking out, the guy that was eating there with his brother (I assume) told me to check my food if I had a hard shell taco because his stuff smelled off. I had a crunchwrap supreme, lo and behold when I got home I checked my crunchwrap and it smelled sour (I assume the tostada), everything else was fine.
The drive-thru (they weren't busy when I arrived) was now stretched out into the road that's between the plaza where Walmart is and Taco Bell, City BBQ and so on. I completely understand when a business is short staffed and wait times might be a little bit longer, but what was going on last night was beyond that. There was no manager around delegating anything, nobody communicating, 2 of the 3 seemed under the influence, food was off, it seemed almost a safety risk with how they were running everything and how they were acting.
Contacted TB CS twice, they replied after I said I was going to contact my bank. They didn't refund me but instead gave me an in-app "reward". I'm still contacting my bank and disputing the charges. This...
Read moreDO NOT GO HERE. Go to Polaris or Sunbury Road. I’m not even kidding. Even if you place an order through the app you will be waiting very long for it. If you take the chance of going through the drive thru… good luck. 2 weeks ago I sat at the speaker for at least 5 minutes before someone greeted me. There were only ever 3 cars in front of me once I got to the speaker. I WAITED FOR 1 WHOLE HOUR AND 4 MINUTES STUCK IN THE DRIVE THRU because you can’t go around other cars to get out. Once I got to the window they asked me to come inside. I asked why. The boy closed the window and went to talk to someone. He came back and said there was another order ahead of me so it’ll be a little bit longer. I ask him what was happening to ever take this long. He closed the window and went to talk to someone again and came back saying they’re backed up. I asked him to cancel the order because this is ridiculous for fast food to take this long and to be trapped in the drive thru. He closed the window, went to talk to someone again and came back in a few minutes saying they can’t do anything about it since it was placed through the app and I’d need to contact Taco Bell corporate. So I did. I’ve written to customer service 3 times and called 3 times and sat on hold for up to 20 minutes each call before I gave up. I have not been responded to at all for an order I did not receive. Go somewhere else. There’s plenty to choose from in the area. Go get some more authentic Mexican food at Zapatas or literally anywhere else in the area. The staff does not care about whatever is happening or cannot recover from whatever issues they have. I hadn’t realized there were so many other people who have been dealing with this same issue for a looong time. Get it together Taco Bell. Or just give it up and shut...
Read moreI came through here on the evening of 12/31/18. I ordered a 12 pack of tacos for $12.99. I gave the cashier (Alyssa) at the drive through window my debit card, she swiped it and handed it back. Then she tells me it didn’t go through and ran it again. After getting home I checked my bank account and she ran it through twice. So I called and she said she didn’t know what to do about it and to come back 1/1/19 at noon because Carl, the store owner, would be there. So, I went back today. First off, they were not even open but yet they had employees in there. The doors were locked and no one would open them. I ended up going to the drive thru window until Alyssa came to it. She then tells me that Carl isn’t there, he had to leave and that’s why they aren’t open and that he said they don’t have any duplicate transactions and to contact my bank. I asked her what would she do if someone’s order was completely messed up and they just wanted a refund..She then tells me again she doesn’t know what to do. I then asked her for the corporate number and she tells me she doesn’t know it. This girl obviously hasn’t been trained properly. She has no answer for anything I asked her. So as of right now, I have paid $25.98 for a 12 pack of tacos. No one here seems to want to fix this issue. I wonder how many other people have been scammed like this. So, since no one at this location seems to know anything about running a business, it leaves me no choice but to...
