Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Westerville

I don’t know where to start besides the fact that I was not thinking!!! I have not had a pizza from little caesar’s In 6 months. Now I remember why. Ordered the pizza on line due to having plans and thought I could quickly pick up a pizza and start our evening. After waiting 30 minutes my son is still waiting on the pizza that was supposed to be ready when we arrived. Needless to say after waiting 55 minutes and the pizza is not ready I had to go into the store and cancel the order. The employee called the manager to the register to cancel my order and refund my card. The nasty manager tossed my receipt on the counter and walked away. The store was packed and besides making a fool out of herself they lost 5 orders immediately due to her nasty attitude and hearing that my son had waited an hour for his pizza and I had to go into take care of cancelling it. All the employees walked away no one had anything to say but laughing that the manager approached the register not making eye contact nor having anything to say. They continued telling my son it was going to be 10 minutes. When you have a bunch of direspectful kids working that do not care that’s the service you receive. ...

This is Little Caesar's. You come here to get a pizza for $6. I'm not certain which decade a lot of these negative reviewers hail from, but $6-8 anywhere else gets you an individual pizza with like one topping. You're not getting full size large pizzas for that price anywhere else.

That said, the food is worth its price. That's both a good thing and a bad thing. It's definitely edible and it makes for a good, budget dinner. That said, there is better pizza out there. You get what you pay for, and it's definitely worth $6, it's just not worth much more than that lol.

Service was quick. This place was struggling to get workers about a year ago and there was never any hot and ready pizzas. Now, we walk in on Friday, and walk out with a hot n ready pizza almost immediately. Definite improvement from a year ago.

Overall, definitely coming back. $6 for a pizza is good, and the pizza is worth it. It's Little Caesars, not Gordon Ramsay. People...

Went here last night 30 minutes before closing time so 9:30 me and my husband wanted a pretzel pizza we both had just gotten out of work and we're famished, the lady at the counter was so disrespectful I asked if I could get a pretzel pizza she pulled out her phone and asked if I would rather have a cheese or pepperoni because she didn't feel like making my order. I responded no I'd like the pretzel pizza fresh please. She rolled her eyes and made comments under her breath and cashed me out. I waited for the pizza and as I was waiting she said to me you probably think I'm horrible don't you. I responded with a nod because I work in the food industry myself and you just don't treat customers like that. I will never go to this location at night again. Never have had issues or felt more disrespected over a pizza during the day. I highly don't recommend you go here either. Waste of money and time just to get disrespected for...
