Clean, friendly, hot.

We came here for this first visit on a Sunday at 11am. Just after they opened for Sunday LUNCH Buffet and soup until 2:30pm at $13.25 with no drink. I am a big campaigner that Buffet food is cold and old. That is not the case here.

No food pan was greater than a half pan size. Fresh food from the kitchen is non-stop. Out of crab rangoon? Boom! Filled with a steaming plate before you can walk away. The food is adequate. Not bursting with flavor, to please the masses. Some shortcuts noticeable. More cream cheese than hint of crab in rangoon. Lots of breading on chicken. Very clean. Look up. No dust or cobwebs hanging on lights or vents. Carpet has minimal stains. Paint and decor is clean and fresh, not dark. Booths and seats are not ripped. White linen tablecloths with white paper covers. Real glassware and silverware, with cloth napkins at each setting. The sweet sauce & mustard in recycled condiment bottles(see pic) is another shortcut, but I abhor other places community condiment dish with spoons. I've seen a grown man lick the spoon before putting it back into the glass jar for the next patron. 3 stars is good, not run out and tell everyone great. I would come again for the HOT food and cleanliness. The alternative is a more extensive, cold and old at a cheaper buffet.

The BEST Chinese food you'll ever have in your life!!! Egg rolls are amazing! Always fresh and crunchy! Soups are always outstanding especially their wonton soup! Portions are always huge and very filling whether it's lunch or dinner portions! Sesame chicken is always my go to and Lucky House has the BEST sesame chicken EVER, hands down!! Their facility is very clean and always peaceful even when they're busy. All staff is super friendly and they all go above and beyond to make sure their customers are highly satisfied! We moved out of Westerville/Columbus area but still go there once a month and Lucky House is always a MUST whenever we are in town! And then I am left craving it until I can get it again! But even when we haven't been able to go there for awhile, every time we come back we are remembered by all of the staff and treated like family! Especially our 3yo! She loves all of the staff there and they all love her! She is kind of picky about her food but every time she hears "Lucky House" she...

Let's start by saying my first time eating here was takeout. It was so good I decided to do a sit down.

This is the place to have a family dinner. The food and the atmosphere will put a smile ok your face, and the genuine passion the staff has is extremely refreshing. This is a place to not just eat but to make memories.

This is by far the best Asian restaurant I've had in central ohio. You can take out, or you can dine in.

Tsingtoa beer 5/5 - Chinese Heineken. Smooth and crisp. This could become a go-to even though I prefer dark beers and stouts.

Dumplings 5/5- fresh well portioned and delicious. The sauce had a nice rich umami flavor that you won't be able to get enough of.

Hot pepper chicken x-spicy 5/5- I got this as my server stated it was one of his favorite meals. Spicy, juicy. The onions still have a bit of crunch, and the peppers are not overbearing.
