Aspire Athletic Performance LLC — Attraction in Westford

I have always tried to stay active so I can age gracefully, but after a mountain bike accident where I had a shoulder injury and then surgery, I figured it was time to really get serious as it was getting harder as I aged to stay fit. Mike, at Aspire Athletic Performance has been working with me for almost 2 years now. He was very thoughtful about how he approached my workout after surgery, always making sure I was doing the correct things for recovery. What I like most about Mike is that he built a great culture in the gym. He is very encouraging and that has created a nice environment. People at the gym cheer each other on and support one another. There are people of all ages and different abilities that go to Aspire. Mike tailors the workout for each person based on their fitness goals. I've been attending Aspire for 2 years now and I am so so glad that when I was trying to find my way back to being an active strong person I found Aspire. Mike's coaching is top notch and he has so much confidence in his athletes that you can't help but believe in yourself as well. My lifting has gotten stronger and more technical here than I thought possible.

Aspire Athletic Performance has been a life changing experience for me! Getting to train with coach Mike is such a privilege, and I certainly would not be the athlete I am today if it weren't for him. His wisdom far outweighs any other coach I've had, and his ability to make complex tasks not only understandable but FUN is truly a gift.
