The food that's made to order is exceptional, great quality. The wait can be horrible, I typically order online and rarely have I been able to walk in, grab my food and go. When ordering online it will tell you an estimated pick up time of 10-15 min, I've gotten there 25min later and still stand around waiting; one time I got there about 20min after the estimated time and the person working there hadn't even taken it from the machine that prints out online order slips yet. I work for Fed Ex and I’ve been doing the Westford town route for a year now and this is one of my go to places to grab food. Tried this place for take-out lunch for the first time. I would go back here just for the fact that they use paper/cardboard take out containers!!! Thank you for not creating more plastic waste. Aside from that, my cheese steak was delicious. My son gave the Rueben 7 out of 10, and my daughter loved her Italian panini. We will definitely be back to try more.
