CPR Cell Phone Repair Westland — Attraction in Westland

I would like to warn you if you take your phone there. The customer service is terrible. I took my phone in for screen repair, the counter person gave me a price and I place the deposit. He said they would call me when the part came in. They called the wrong phone number to say it had arrived. It would take about 3 hours to repair, so I dropped my phone off at 230. I returned at 630 on same day but they were "very busy" so they had not started to work on my phone. And asked to keep it overnight. The couple ahead of me were also there for a while asking many questions about the service on there device as well. I then when to pick up my phone the next day but the shop was closed. Turns out they had lost power, but they had power when I was at the shop... the whole plaza had power. I called the manager and he was very rude, very unprofessional and hung up the phone on me. He told me I couldn't pick up my phone due to the computer system, register and my email was needed to finish the transaction, along with printing my receipt. No power no phone but it was ready. The next day when I picked up my phone....NO ONE apologized for the inconvenience of having to make 3 trips to the shop, for my phone being days late, and I received no receipt. When I asked for one the clerk had to go check if I could get one. Then the price on it was not what I paid. Plus they took no email or anything for their "records". My experience means I will tell my friends and family find another shop. This one should be closed or the manager should learn about good...

Didn’t have a very good experience overall. I scheduled an appointment online to get my screen replaced. The appointment was confirmed and I was given an estimate. When I came in for the appointment, I was told the appointment wasn’t to get my screen replaced but to get an estimate… the confirmation did not say that and I was already given an estimate. They still did the repair but they were rude about it. Even worse though, I paid $130 for it but they didn’t tell me until I was picking up my phone that they used a third party screen. I feel like I should have been told that from the get go. The worst part though is that right after I got my phone back, I started noticing my touch screen glitching out. It wasn’t that bad at first so I just kind of dealt with it. As time has gone on, it’s only gotten worse. I’ll go days with my phone being practically unusable because of the touch screen glitching out. It’s caused issues like sending payments to the wrong people, sharing things I didn’t intend to share (thankfully nothing embarrassing lol), calling people unintentionally, opening shared work documents and typing gibberish or deleting them, etc. Even typing out this review has taken much longer than necessary due to me having to constantly close out of my phone or fix things from the screen glitching out. I would not recommend this...

I took my daughters old phone here to be repaired. I figured surely it would be cheaper to repair her phone instead of buying a new one. I literally Had my phone 3 days out the shop before the phone dropped and broke again. The irony in this is that the screen protector didn’t break that was on the phone but the screen did. There was a protective case on the phone and the only part damages was the top of the screen. I called the shop and they told me to come up only to tell me it was nothing they could do except give me 10.00 off; this was pretty horrible customer service and an unwillingness to help the customer out. Clearly the phone was not prepared properly for the screen to break but not the screen protector. I’ve sent my family and friends here but I won’t recommend anyone else. 2/4/20: I’m not sure how you guys couldn’t verify me being a customer; I literally came in the store last night 2/3/20 after speaking with one of your guys on the phone and he did verify my purchase. After coming all the way to the store, I was told that it was nothing that could be done except to give me $10.00 off. Im happy to come in if you guys are honestly going to help me.
