I love KFC but I don’t know how this location stays open. I’ve been there four times and every time has been terrible. The first time they spent 45 minutes arguing about the fifty dollar bill I gave them before finally refusing to accept it stating they’d had people use fakes before. It wasn’t a fake bill and they had no reason to think it was. The second time they were out of chicken and gave me an attitude when I asked how long it would be for more. It wasn’t near closing time so I don’t understand what the issue was. I was being perfectly patient. The third time I ordered through ubereats. I had ordered a half gallon of lemonade and a side of Mac n cheese with the order but when it arrived the Mac n cheese was missing and they only gave us a single regular size drink but charged me for the half gallon. This last time was through door dash. I ordered a pot pie. They accepted the order but then told the driver that they didn’t have any. You can’t cancel an order after it’s accepted so I had to change it to something else instead. When it arrived an hour later the driver reported that they argued with her and recommended a different location to order from in the future. The order itself was just...bad. The chicken was chewy and over done. The corn was dry and inedible. The two coke drinks were completely flat with a bad aftertaste. This is literally the worst place I have ever...
Read moreFood is always good. Problem is they forget things almost every time. Staff is very unfreindly. They need better attitudes. It feels like they are disgruntled employees and they hate everyone who walks through the door. When you place an order they act like you have ruined their day when they hand you the change its almost just tossed at your hand. Saying "thank you" is like talking to the wall. They seem more friendly towards each other than they are towards the customers and they are extremely slow. But most of all, my biggest complaint is while making my order one of the staff was eating (chewing) a piece of food. Servsafe should of taught you NOT to serve food while eating or chewing and to wash your hands after putting them to your mouth, even if you are wearing gloves. Training in customer service and a servsafe refresher course could do this...
Read moreI think with any 🍗 🐔 place you are bound to wait even though you put in in order a while back. Like any restaurant, I like to make sure I got what I ordered. Similar to other reviews I also was missing a portion of my order. What made it difficult to check on my order was the fact that the bag was sealed right in front of me after a wait in the lobby. It's almost as if they don't want you to double check if they've provided an accurate order. If there's been a few reviews talking about the incomplete orders, shouldn't there be a process improvement? I mean I heard them or at least it sounded like they were coordinating to complete my order but the end result just didn't match up. Nevertheless, the chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy, chicken tenders, and corn were great this time around but I'd hate to come back just to be disappointed by another...
