The people are very nice but unfortunately they don’t know what they are doing. Obviously a training issue. Attempted to open a business account and wasted over an hour of time trying to get this done. I told the teller I had questions about opening an account. Sent me to a personal banker. She was nice and answered questions. We decided to move forward. She sent me to another personal banker because she wasn’t as familiar with business accounts. Ok no worries. This 3rd employee was nice as well but didn’t have the proper training to complete our request. She even went to the branch manager for help. Read moreNot happy with first bank at all, will soon change to a diffrent bank, you will pay more in fees at this bank then anywhere i have ever seen, they have fees for everything, and they stack fees on top of fees, its crazy the amout of money they can take with in a short time from you with their fees. They do have a good deal of getting $300 with a new account, i suggest set up the accou t get the $300 and then move it and all of your spending to a account that will not take advatage of customers with all the fews you will incur. If you keep the account they will ger more then the $300 back from you in fees with in...

I ended up being contacted by Branch Manager Missy and she definitely listened to my concern and made it very clear that my opinion was important. I have no doubt that picking 1st Bank as my new primary bank was a...
