My friends and I come here some night after work. Typically late night, around 11 to midnight. Most times that we dine in, we get the same waitress/waiter. Not sure of the name, but almost every time we eat there, we have a bad experience with them. We were promised a discount based on our place of work, however; we are denied this discount by this waitress/waiter every time even though we have been given it before and talked to the managers. On sunday night, I was going to ask for 3 separate checks for my friends and I, but I was ignored. We have had issues with the check in the past so this time, I wanted to make sure it was made aware before receiving the check. This same waitress/waiter has always seemed to be very fast with us and always quick to leave, probably to ignore the discount question we ask whenever we come in. My friend also had a terrible experience with her food, probably food poisoning. Made her violently vomit in my bathroom. Another one of my friends ate some of the bacon she had and had a similar experience. Overall, we aren’t happy with this waitress/waiter and we will probably ask to switch next time to avoid another bad experience. I’ve included a picture of my friend just moments after ihop and just before disappearing to my bathroom as well as my emotional experience after being ignored.

I brought my son here for breakfast because we had some time to kill and I thought it would be fun to have a little breakfast date together. Our server, Cindy, was great. We chatted a bit and she told my son about Santa’s elf helpers (elf on a shelf). I haven’t been to an IHOP in about 10 years and I remember it as being similar to a Dennys. However, that was not the case at this IHOP. It was wayyyy better than Dennys. The atmosphere was nice, the food was good, portion size was large and I left feeling full and happy with the experience. I got the French toast breakfast combo and my son got the chocolate chip pancake kids breakfast. I hate it when I eat out and leave feeling like I wasted my money. I felt like my money was well spent here for the food and experience. Also, after we were done eating and had packed up our leftovers my son had to go to the bathroom. I let someone know on the way to the bathroom that we would be right back. I was worried they might clear the table while we were gone and we ended up being in there for around 10 minutes. When we came back our food and drinks were still there :) which was good because then my son wanted to open the box and eat more haha. He ate way more than he usually does and he did his little happy dance/wiggle that he does when he eats food that is super yummy.

Tonight I tried to go there and enjoy a late night dinner with my Friend and Medical alert service dog. We were greeted by a really friendly male and we’re seated fairly quickly. Upon being seated my friend and I were so caught up in talking I had noticed it had been around 10 minutes and no one had come to our table. That’s when I realized the table behind us got seated before us and the server was helping them. And I though okay no worries I’m sure they will be over after them. The server looked at us and walked away. This is when I started feeling extremely uncomfortable. The server walked over to the other server and they started to point and talk about us. I had to get out. I felt so beyond unwelcome all because I am disabled and have a service dog. They kept smiling and point like we were a Circus. The servers refused to serve us. That is when I no longer felt comfortable and left as I was paranoid that they would tamper with our food. “If we ever had someone come to the table” I have been there before with my service dog. And no problems. I know big corporations don’t care about losing a customer but it’s so disappointing to see how they treat the disabled community. I highly urge any disabled individual/ service dog handler to avoid the I hop chains. Such a disappointment

I've gone to this location and ordered from them for a while. The staff has been pretty attentive including ensuring my coffee pot is full and they are, generally, friendly. The food is yummy.

That said, coffee was left out of my orders four times this past year and I never got all my refunds. I called the store to ask about it. The female supervisor or manager (not sure who) offered a coupon for 2 free entrées and 2 free coffees to remedy the situation. She said she would leave it at the front desk and that I could come pick it up. I drove all the way up there (around 30 minutes of driving or so total) to pick it up. The manager or supervisor there was someone else and not who I spoke with on the phone. He checked some list of people's names for coupons or something and said my name was not even on it. I left empty-handed. Disappointing. :/

I've also scanned a bunch of receipts for the Pan Coin thing and the app just returns an error.

UPDATE: 12/29/2024 I have liked coming to this location for years. I am in town temporally and had all-night work to do today. I came here and ordered a meal and coffee. After being here a while in a very-empty restaurant, the waitress, Natalie, came to my table and rudely told me "when the manager comes in, you can't be here" because I had been there through her shift. Whatever alleged "rule" this is, I have never heard of it. I repeatedly and kindly told her I had never been told that or heard of this supposed "time limit" and that the manager was welcome to explain it to me when he got in. She came back multiple times and spoke rudely, also storming off waiving her hand in the air in a manner such as to say, "whatever," or something.

This is a steep decline in my experience at this location. I've knocked off another star from the Service category. I had planned to come here for New Years as well–but I'm now having second thoughts about...

I have a love-hate relationship with IHOP. I love their pancakes, but I hate that they don’t have all the fancy syrups anymore. What happened to the blueberry, strawberry, and butter pecan syrups? They were the best part of the IHOP experience. Now they only have maple and sugar-free maple syrups, which are boring and bland. Bring back the fancy syrups, IHOP!

Other than that, I have no complaints about this IHOP location. It’s conveniently located in the Broomfield Town Center, close to other shops and restaurants. It has plenty of parking space and easy access from the highway. It’s open 24 hours, which is great for late-night cravings or early-morning breakfasts.

The food is always delicious and satisfying. They have a wide range of dishes, from omelettes and crepes to burgers and sandwiches. They also have a gluten-friendly menu for those who are sensitive to gluten. The portions are generous and the prices are reasonable. The pancakes are fluffy and soft, and they come in different flavors and toppings. My favorite is the New York cheesecake pancakes, which are decadent and rich.

The service is friendly and efficient. The staff is always smiling and helpful. They take the orders quickly and bring the food promptly. They also refill the drinks and check on the tables regularly. They make sure that everything is fine and that the customers are happy.

The only reason I’m giving this IHOP four stars instead of five is that they don’t have all the fancy syrups anymore. That’s a big deal for me, as I love to mix and match different syrups on my pancakes. I hope they bring them back soon, or at least offer some alternatives like...

Went with my family, there's 5 of us total (3 younger kids). Was greeted politely and seated quickly. Our waitress Jen came over and took our drink order then said, "I have to go say hi to some folks, I'll be back to get your order"...she didn't even give us a chance to tell her that we are ready to order. Instantly we knew we were not Jen's priority and it continued to get worse from there. Jen proceeds to speak with some people that she's not even serving, then she goes to another table and takes the couple's drink and food order and this couple just got seated...we had been at our table for about 4 minutes prior to Jen taking our drink order. Next, Jen cleans up some dishes and gets another tables drink refills. At this point I'm thinking she's coming back to us, but no...Jen instead goes and takes another tables order who also got to the restaurant after us. Then she puts in the food orders that she's taken and disappears in the kitchen for about 5 minutes. At this point I'm furious, I have 3 younger kids who are hungry and if you have children you know how volatile that can be. Eventually Jen emerges to take our order, at this point I've been watching the clock and it has been 17 minutes since Jen took our drink order. Talk about inexcusable and horrible service! I asked to see the Manager and guess who's in charge...Jen! We will not be going back, instead we will be going to Village Inn which is closer to our house and who has never...
