Terrible experience. Good quality food but never ordering from this company again. I really dislike giving bad reviews but I'm tired of it

The managment should be fired or needs to step their game up. Thank goodness for the front desk person.

Either way this place should and needs to have a health code inspection. 100% gaurantee they will find something wrong.

This store gets something wrong every single time I order whether it's the app in person or through door dash. It has happened every single time.

Today walked in music was too loud could barely hear the front desk person. We decided to order directly with them online couldn't find my wife's order she placed online. Had to order a second pizza in person. Was pretty confusing. I must have stressed them out. They told me to go sit down and relax.

As I was leaving the cooks in back all looked at me odd. Came home opened each pizza to find the second order I placed, the crust was more burnt then an authentic Italian pizza would ever be. Not that this is Italy but there is no excuse for this being this way. See the difference in pictures.

So they must have been annoyed that I was confused and either made a mistake burning it or did it on purpose.

Or maybe thier pizza oven is shot and their overworking it getting inconsistent results.

Also ordered 1/2 gallon of cucumber mint lemonade but I am hesitant to drink it. Probably won't just in case it was contaminated.

EDIT: Went back to show them the pizza was too burnt. The front desk person was kind enough to explain a few things and gave me a refund. If it weren't for them getting literally every single order wrong I would have...

I’ve ordered takeout here several times but at this point I’m likely going to explore other options.

As many people have mentioned, for what you get the food isn’t cheap. It’s good but nothing out of this world.

Where it really falls apart at this location is the service. You know the service is bad when all you do is get takeout and it’s abysmal. They have a bakers rack that is supposedly where you pick up take out orders - but sometimes the orders are there and sometimes they’re just sitting on the counter above the line in the kitchen.

Today my order wasn’t ready and the cashier said it should be in one of those two places. It wasn’t and she came back to tell me it wasn’t ready but with no ETA. At some point, what looked like the manager plopped an open bag onto that counter with orders. I was crazy to think a) they might at least tie up the bag to make it look like the order was ready like all the others and/or b) because they knew I was sitting there waiting and my order was already way overdue they might tell me it was done. Instead I waited another 5 minutes, finally walked over to see it was my order and then had to confirm that it was actually completed.

At many other times, no one is outright rude, but no one makes any effort to help you either, even though every time I’ve been in there are more employees than customers.

Honestly I was personally frustrated but the customer service was great. I went during the lunch rush so I had to wait about 15 minutes for a sandwich and side salad to-go, which was fine. Then I got home and had to turn straight around because I realized I only received half the sandwich despite paying for a full one. The woman at the register double-checked that she hadn't rung anything up wrong and they immediately started making another half sandwich for me to combine with the current one. The food runner offered a cookie or drink for the trouble, which I appreciated (I didn't take either). However the lady in charge of making and plating the food for the expo clearly didn't care for her job or was brand-brand new because during both times I was waiting there I had to watch the food runner continuously go back and get the second half of people's entrees, which he was frustrated about (but trying to hide it obviously). By the time I got home I was too nauseous from having to wait like an hour for my "quick" meal to eat so I'm saving it for later when I'm not sick. Also the side salad was pretty warm and sad by this point anyways, with some shredded cheese in the bottom and too big of a container so it looked pretty bleak.
