D&D Market is a scaled down version of the original market from Hartford. The butcher selection is always fresh and the sausage selections are impressive. The land o lake American cheese is usually on sale and has been a good teaser to get you to this establishment. Imported cheese selection is very good. This market is known for the quality deli section with just above average pricing for your everyday items like milk, eggs and tomato sauce. They do run daily specials that are worth tracking, especially the San Mariano tomato sauce. I was purchasing a pizzelle maker, the first thing out of her mouth was you know this is not returnable right?!? I was confused as to why I was greeted that way, as I had no intention of returning it. I was told that the lasagna noodles with a sticker saying $3.19 were actually $5.99. I did not question it. We used to walk a few streets down from Adelaide St. Wow! Flashback!
