I had water damage in my macbook pro due to condensation and went to apple and they quoted me $1500 to fix the screen⌠The irony in that is that a brand new model wouldâve likely cost me less. With me not in the market to afford that right now I thought I was at a complete loss. Starting my last semester of online schooling for a degree on monday and was completely distraught having damage to my laptop. My father reached out to PC Warehouse and worked with Jose. He was helpful and direct from the beginning. We went in and Jose was able to tell me within 5 minutes what needed to be replaced. Robert quoted me a price for the screen and I just so happened to be lucky they were able to service my mac the same day. I couldnât believe it !! I walked out paying less than $500 and computer looks brand new. In comparison to my hour long appointment at apple , that was no help and just looking to make the next sale. My experience with PC warehouse was painless and easy. I have my laptop back with well enough time to prepare for my degree assignments before the semester starts. I am very grateful to Jose and Robert at PC Warehouse for their immaculate service and dedication to getting the job done.    Read moreI did a Google search for PC repair near me and began going down the list, checking reviews and calling for information. The problem is, none of them picked up their phones! I left messages for some of them, but never got a callback. I thought back to when I operated my Mobile DJ Company. Many prospective customers told me, the reason they came to see me was because I answered my phone! So, I thought to myself, the first guy who answers the phone is going to get my business!
I called PC Warehouse and they answered the phone! I briefly explained the issue I was having with my Hewlett Packard PC and was told I would need to bring it in for diagnostic testing, before they could tell me whether it could be repaired or not. So, I took a quick drive from West Hartford to Wethersfield to their shop, conveniently located on Silas Dean Highway. I met with Jose and he told me to give him a day or two and he would be able to tell me what's going on with my PC. Fair enough.
I drove home, walked my dog and when I got back to my house, the phone rang and it was Jose, calling to tell me my PC was fixed and ready to be picked up! I was pleasantly surprised as I was not expecting to hear from him so soon. I drove back to Wethersfield, to picked up the PC, spoke with Jose, who explained what the issue was and went home, where I hooked it up and it's working perfectly!

   Read moreI initially came in to have my laptopâs AC port checked, as the charger wouldnât stay connected. I made it clear I knew my Amazon charger was faulty, but wanted the port evaluated. Despite repeating this, I was told the charger was the only issue, and when I pressed further I was met with a dismissive and rude phone response.
Days later I finally got a callback and was told the port seemed fine after testing, though the technician made an odd remark about watching movies on my laptop that raised privacy concerns. In person, the pickup experience was better, and I bought a new charger from them.
Less than two months later, that charger overheated and failed. When I returned, the owner blamed a third-party adapter and even made an unrelated political comment. Turns out the issue was not the adapter, but the charger.
Two months later, I received a hostile call demanding I return the defective charger because I initiated a chargeback, after I had already tried calling them with no response. He repeatedly talked over me and insisted I give it back, despite me throwing out the old one, saying am stealing from them.
Overall, while they may know their craft, the lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect made this experience deeply frustrating. Between the rude communication, privacy concerns, and scam like behavior, I wonât be back and recommend...
