(TL;DR at the bottom)
Facility is clean, albeit a bit shabby. The room we played in was dark, I’m guessing on purpose as the flashlights we were provided illuminated duct taped febreeze outlets on the walls. Me and my friends were very impressed with the game master (code name: Sweet Potato), who had a good sense of humor and was very patient and accommodating.
The game itself was mid, not terrible but not super challenging. It’s very easy to overthink some solutions as an experienced escapee would think “surely it can’t be that obvious thing,” on most things. As mentioned in other reviews, there is a long video at some point in the room that results in a solution to a puzzle. The problem is when you’re missing a key component of that puzzle, you are required to watch the entire thing again. The video can not be rewinded or controlled by the viewer, leading to a frustrating experience as we all had to pause and sit there for 2-3 minutes, wasting more time.
There were a few suspicious stains we noticed when given a black light, and some of the clues written on pictures were incredibly faded and hard to see.
There was not one, but TWO maze puzzles in the room. The first one was interesting as it required two people to work together (albeit, in a frustrating manner), but the second one ate up a majority of our time and left a bad taste in our mouth as it was the last puzzle of the game. There was an aspect of the puzzle that required constant ‘recalibration’ in order to work, and 80% of the time the calibration did not work. There was a lot of frustration from our team due to the wonky controls, and the atmosphere felt sour afterward despite our game master trying to make it less awkward. It seems even they are aware that the controls kinda suck.
Honestly for that last maze, an RC car might work better in maneuverability. The high tech stuff didn’t seem to fit the theme of the room or the story in our opinion.
Given how long the frustrating maze took us, we got out with 22 minutes left. Had the maze not been so hard to control, we likely would have made it out with 30+. For a moderate level difficulty, the time estimate seems excessive, which makes me wonder both if the maze is impossible to control on purpose (as a time waster) and what their current record for the room would possibly be.
This was our first time at this facility, and while we’re curious about their VR games, we’re hesitant to try the prison break for fears of it only taking us 15-20 minutes to complete since it’s listed as their ‘easy’ game.
Tl;dr: Staff was lovely, facility was alright, puzzles were simple but frustrating in their tedium. Highly suspecting that some puzzles were intentionally tedious to fill up time in an effort to make the room ‘harder’. But that just might be us...

If you’re looking for an escape room experience that is both thrilling and immersive, No Escape Room is the place to go! From the moment we walked in, we knew we were in for something special. The atmosphere was set perfectly, with just the right mix of suspense and excitement.
But what truly made this experience stand out was Devin, our incredible host! Devin went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing time. From the very beginning, they set the tone with their high energy, engaging storytelling, and just the right amount of humor to keep things fun while still keeping us on our toes. You can tell that Devin is passionate about what they do, and it really makes a difference in the overall experience.
The escape room itself was masterfully designed. The puzzles were challenging but never frustrating, and each clue led seamlessly into the next. We had to work together, think creatively, and pay close attention to details. It was the perfect balance of logic, teamwork, and adrenaline! The set design was also top-notch—everything felt immersive, realistic, and carefully thought out.
Devin was there to guide us when needed, providing just the right amount of hints without giving too much away. They knew exactly when to step in to keep us on track while still allowing us to solve the puzzles on our own. Their enthusiasm was contagious, and it made the entire experience so much more enjoyable.
Overall, I can’t recommend No Escape Room enough. Whether you’re an experienced escape room enthusiast or trying one for the first time, this place is a must-visit. And if you’re lucky enough to have Devin as your host, you’re in for an absolute treat! We’ll definitely be coming back for another challenge soon.

Read moreAs a team of 2, we had done around 8 escape rooms prior to trying out No Escape. We definitely had a great time and felt challenged with School of Magic and managed to escape with about 5 minutes left.
One of the first questions we had when deciding whether to book the room was how much we needed to know about Harry Potter, as neither of us know anything at all about it. If you have similar questions, be assured that Harry Potter knowledge is not at all necessary to be successful in this room. What stood out most was the originality of the puzzles, as there are only a small number that are solved with either finding a key or figuring out a combination to a lock. Rather, most of the puzzles are conceptual and observation/perception based.
Red was our host – he is a really friendly guy that gave useful hints that were helpful yet still cryptic enough to make us think. The hints in this room are also unlimited.
I would definitely recommend this room if you are on the fence about going; another bonus to booking with No Escape is that all bookings are private, no matter how many people are in your party. You should be aware however that if you have never done an escape room before, this is likely not the best first choice as the puzzles might be a little too cryptic and complex if you aren’t familiar with escape rooms. Red told us this room has about a 30%...
