The front desk staff is inexperienced, careless and inattentive to any customer request. The manager Berto is SOO RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! He will not let u say even ONE WORD!!! AND IF U ASK FOR HIS MANAGER, EXPECT TO GET AN ATTIDUTE AND GET YELLED AT!!! here is a full story if u care for details... I spent good 15 minutes on phone explaining something very simple. I want reg size entre(sub eggs for extra mushrooms, sub cabbage for spinach) w/side cesar salad. Should be under 10 bucks rite? Nope... $24!!!! I got charged for two separate large entre, 2 bucks for every sub, and I got charged for cesar salad WITH CHICKEN and a note...no chicken... I called the order in cuz was running late, thus no time to get new order made and got stuck paying full price...to top the experience w a cherry, the entire order was wrong and I didn't get a single item I was charged extra for... when I called to resolve the issue w order on same day, I was told he left for some personal stuff and won't be back. Next day when I didn't get his call and called him myself he said since register is closed for last day I can't help u! Read moreLast night I ordered from the Buffalo Grove location. I don't typically order online. I have celiac disease so I wanted gluten free noodles. In the order I put add gluten free noodles thinking that is how I should order it. After I picked up the order and brought it home I noticed they didn't look right. I looked at the receipt and it said GF noodles. I had a couple of people try it and they said that it didn't seem like GF so I called the restaurant and to ask. I told the person that I needed them to be GF and she assured me they were so I ate the noodles. I was throwing up until mid-night so I called the store to tell them what happened. The manager and the cook who prepared them the night before was there and told me it was all my fault. I told him I may not have done it correctly but that is why I called to make sure.
