Came in to order a simple meal. Everything was going great and was greeted with a smile. But then, the employee (she) got impatient and agressive stating there was someone else in the drive thru. She let them know it would be a minute and let the customer behind me know it would be a minute. I presented her a coupon that i got from the app and she completely broke out of character and yelled at her coworker to help her and she was throwing a fit like a 2 year old. She reminded again the customer at the drive thru and behind me that it will be a moment. She told her coworker, in spanish thinking i didnt speak spanish, that now she has to annoyingly start over the order because i presented a coupon and she has someone waiting at drive thru and someone behind me. She blamed me and my boyfriend for her having to start over and strictly stated we needed to show the coupon first cause she has to start over when she has someone at drive thru. I reminded her that i knew that when she decided to tell her coworker, instead of me, that. She stated this situation was not fair and i told her thats her opinion cause weāre just ordering food. Very rude and unprofessional. She continued her character towards the person behind me and had him wait 20 minutes for his food. Iām not sure if new management or new staff but this is completely unacceptable Iām not sure if the lady taking my order was drunk or high on drugs but she didnāt take my order right and then when I pulled to the window I explained to her what I wanted and she still didnāt understand basic orders.. she tried charging me twice for a meal that I already paid and did not give me all my items then tried charging me again when clearly the items were missing ? I started to get frustrated and demanded my money back and gave her back the items I asked for her name and she refused to give it to me she also didnāt have a name tag she claimed she was a manager ?
