Sedona By Manzano Jewelers — Attraction in Wheeling Township

Where do I even begin! My boyfriend got me this beautiful ring from them three years ago and I lost it last year :(. It was my most prized possession. I reached out to Sedona and sent a few pictures and they remembered the ring. They remade it for my all custom and they even had to get some jewels from another country the ring turned out GORGEOUS (see photos). Just like the last one. I even picked up a matching bracelet. The service here is amazing and they remember their handcrafted pieces. Responses and communication was prompt and I got the most warm and welcoming feeling going in there. They even had doggies in the store sometimes!

I really can’t even explain how whole and amazing their jewelry makes me feel. I’ve gotten several compliments and I’ve had people reaching me to ask for Sedonas information so they can go buy a piece!

Gabriela was the face I had seen and she was so conversational and wanted me to be happy. I wasn’t pressured to buy anything but I was welcomed back. Everything here is made with love and care and I’m never going anywhere else.

I am so grateful to have gone to Manzano Jewlers to fix my partners ring!

I originally bought a custom made silver band in Mexico, however it was nothing like I envisioned. The band had a silver letter “A” on it with odd texture, the cut from adjusting the ring was super visible and was messy and the ring didn’t fit my partners finger 😓 I was so disappointed.

THANKFULLY I went to Gabriela and Alfonzo to see if they could help me. I was treated so well and they genuinely cared to listen to my vision for the ring. When Gabriela presented the finished piece, I was stunned 🤭 it was exactly how I envisioned it but better!!! The ring was adjusted to the right size, the cut was clean and couldn’t tell it was adjusted, and the letter “A” was engraved so beautifully!!!! My partner loves his ring and we get a lot of compliments on it 😌 all thanks to Gabriela and Alfonzo who made my vision into reality! I highly recommend going to Manzano Jewelers 👏🏼...

I had to purchase a last minute gift for my boyfriend's dad today. Almost all of the jewelry stores that had what I was looking for were either closed as it was Sunday, or they were too far to drive to given the short amount of time that I had. I was looking to purchase a crystal or gemstone bracelet, and I ended up leaving with a beautiful moonstone ring that far exceeded my expectations. Gabriela was very attentive to me not only as a customer but as a person, and I really appreciate that as a young adult and as a first time customer. She worked with my budget and even let me put a gorgeous turquoise ring on layaway.

After spending a short time at this shop, I can confidently say that Gabriela and Alfonso beautiful people who are fair and only want the best for their customers (as if the jewelry alone doesn't lend to that sentiment, hahaha!) I will definitely be back and hopefully my friends and family will pay a visit, too!...
