Taco Bell — Restaurant in Washington

I came up to the drive-thru. No one behind me. I was looking out the window with my window closed because had the ac blasting it was 80 pluss degrees. When I notice a car roll up behind me I open my car window to start my order, but I look over and two Taco Bell employees were standing in front of me. With attitude they ask if I’m ok. I said ya and they proceeded to go back into taco bell. They came out like they were going to come at me and do something. lol crazy but anyways. I went to speak in the speaker and no one said a word. I said ok. So I just stood there. I’m not gonna play these teeny bop games. Finally this young lady answer and I go on with my order. I guess I was not fast enough because next thing I hear is this male on another speaker telling me to come to the window. I barely go to Taco Bell so yes I need the menu and I stay at the speaker and continue with my order. I tell them the next thing I want and they say come to the next window and I stay and order the next thing. When I finish I go to the next window I have three workers at the window. For what? For what? They want my form of payment but don’t give a total. I had to ask for a receipt and it was like it was a big inconvenience for that. I ask why they were so rude. They said because u know drive thru times. First of all I worked at fast food for over 13 years drive thru times don’t start until u start taking the order. Tbh I didn’t take that long to take my order. If they weren’t being so childish it would have gone by quicker. I told them when I first got to the speaker no cars were behind me and I litterly watch for that because I don’t like to inconvenience other customers. That’s something that actually gives me anxiety. The other thing they said is the asked if they could help me a couple times at the speaker but I didn’t answer. Duh windows closed Ac on. I’m sorry I didn’t hear ya, I’m sorry I hurt your feelings and inconvenienced you from having a small break. Then today the three kids who ate the tacos are sick. Really bad stomach issues. I didn’t eat the tacos. I had the chicken...

Had bad experience in drive thru today (3/8 @ 3:15pm) I tried to place an order & drive thru worker was adding extra stuff on my order i told him I didn't ask for that he was like ya ya & asked me if that was it on my order told him ya exept the add on he asked me total of 3× if that was all I told him "for the 3rd time yes" then he say's "can you repeat that" with a little atitude just being a total A$$ so I said "cancel my order" I drove up to window & asked him why are you acting like this it's rude he said he wasn't being rude I asked to speak to his manager he said he was the manager (if he was telling the truth idk how he became a manager treating customers like that playing games not a good look for Taco Bell) so I asked him for his name he refused to give it to me so I called corporate office to complain who knows if they will do anything but I won't be going back to that Taco Bell located in white Center I never been treated like that by an employee there I've been goin there like 35yrs & wont be goin back lost my business so beware if you go there if this very unprofessional employee/manager could be working & charge you more...

They ALWAYS mess up your order and have alot of RUDE AND DISGUSTING SO CALLED EMPLOYEES, Burien is WAY more professional and never are nasty to their customers if they have a request or a simple question and so fast! Get it together White Center ya'll been like this since I've lived here over 20 years of bad customer service that's why I rarely go here I try to see if new people get better management and overall better customer service boy I've been wrong and yes it's my choice to come back ever so often like once every few months nothing ever really changes but I do get some sometimes get decent customer service if I am lucky, I always ask nicely if I have a question and say please and thank you but nothing in return I guess you will run into bad service every once in a while I get it but just about everytime on top of not getting the right order half the time on top of it....I just period blank do not recommend this location I...
