Ordered a pizza directly from the website, as ordering through delivery services - such as DoorDash - means the driver does not use a hot bag to keep the food warm. They also do not deliver in the orders received. Upon order - which had $14 in services fees plus a tip of 20% which was $10 - the site showed a 1 hr delivery time. Upon order, it was disclosed that DoorDash would be delivering, and the delivery would take 2 hours. I called customer service, who would only offer a refund of 80% of the subtotal - they would not make any accommodations for the $14 in service fees nor the tip. Aside from the tip, what am I paying $14 in service fees for when the pizza is going to take 2 hours to arrive and will be outside of a hot bag the entire time, and therefore arrive cold and inedible. I was told by Little Caesars customer service that they cannot do anything about this, and to call back when the pizza arrives in two hours to address the quality of the food. In which case, they would refund the entire subtotal, but still leave me with the $14 in service fees + the $10 tip. Little Caesars DOES NOT disclose that DoorDash is delivering, which again, DoorDash DOES NOT have hot bags and delivers based on immediate location along with additional orders, not based on time order was placed. Two hours for a pizza delivery, where the pizza is sitting on a seat not in a hot bag, is asinine. Beware - do not order here if you would like a hot pizza delivered within an appropriate time window,...
Read moreNo lines, but I did show up when they first opened. Pizza more reliable than the Popeyes that failed to open on time. Customer service was really good. Cashier even helped me decide what to get. His opinion was excellent and spot on.
Besides that, I could tell that they weren't expecting me, but you have to expect the unexpectedable. I could have been a shirtless Vladimir Putin on so much DMT that the mere Visage of me is like a sign from God.
The pizza was really good. I had two pieces on my walk home. The best thing is that it's good cold as well. Cool off time is about 45 to an hour before its room temp. I don't think there's a universal degree for room temp yet everyone knows what I'm talking about.
I would recommend this over the pizza hut across the street from them. Not only because LC is good, but because of spite. On my way to LC there was a pizza hut box laying in the parking lot. To think that those lesser pizza people would have the audacity to even do that. They must pay for their crimes.
So would you kindly buy your pizza from...
Read moreT-Mobile Tuesday reintroduced me to Little Caesar’s Pizza last year. Aside from the great deals and affordable prices when I visited without a deal, the pizza is pretty darn good. I’m a little delayed often when picking up my order, but it’s always kept warm and easily accessible in their Pizza Portal (right inside the front entrance of the store).
When i order through the mobile app, I’m given a code that I may use to unlock the Portal to receive my order. The app also tracks and displays the status of my order and keeps me apprised of the stages that my food encounters as it prepares to come home with me. I’ve also received emails to alert when the order fully built and a reminder, for those times I’ve been delayed beyond the originally scheduled pickup time.
I like the creative specials they come up with, like the cutely folded 4-Quarter Calzony - a football season offering that I hope they will bring back. Think of it as a pizza/calzone hybrid filled with meat and cheese - So Good!
Yikes, i gotta get back down...
