Alright so to be honest I would've gave 5 stars but one issue kept me from that and I really wanted to give 3 because I always judge every place by their bathroom.
The bathroom is absolutely disgusting. They need to really have someone go in throughout the day to clean it. There was no toliet paper in two stalls and trash all over. The changing table had stuff all over it and they had cleaning bottles just laying around which really made me mad considering this is a kids place.
As far as the rest of the place......... the staff overall were helpful but they all had blah attitudes and you can tell they don't enjoy their jobs. Most of them stayed on their cell phones as well but they did answer my questions and let my soon to be 2yr old get on the water blasters and Gokarts.
Water blasters....... man oh man my kids had a blast. They let my daughter ride which made it even better for my boys. We got soaked from them but it was all worth it.
Mini golf we didn't do but the course looks awesome.
Family track........ my oldest son got to dive by himself......... my 8 yr old was just shy of the Mark so he couldn't drive which he was so mad at. They let me drive my daughter which was awesome.
The track in the back we didn't go to
The other track inside they wouldn't let my 8yr old drive himself but let my daughter ride. ........ rant........ my daughter looks like she is 3yrs old but is only 1 and is below 36" ride but wouldn't let my son who is just shy of 56" drive which made all if us mad because they almost told him he could drive on the rookie track smh.
The rookie track inside my son was able to finally drive himself.
Bowling. It was cute. Only issue is the balls come back super fast so keep an eye out that you don't smash fingers.
Bumper cars needs a bigger area. Not enough room to move around.
Acarde was okay. Over priced games but my kids...
Read moreI decided to have my daughter's 8th birthday party at Rascal's. I have no complaints about he attractions (the kids could have stayed and played for 4+ hours), but the party host did nothing to organize the party. No service was provided to facilitate the party within the location, especially compared to a bounce house or trampoline park party that is an option within the area.
First, I received an e-mail from Rascal's that a party host would contact me by phone to organize my party. This did not happen
Instead, I had to call and I was told that everything would be figured out the day of. This made me nervous, and my nervousness proved valid.
I showed up and things got chaotically worse. The party host said that they would have the pizzas ready for the guests 5-10 minutes within their arrival/party time. Well, they weren't.
I had 20 anxious/excited kids begging me for SOMETHING to do after waiting 20 minutes . Well, I had no choice but to ask the party hostess to make the pizzas at the end of the party instead of the beginning.
As a result, my 12pm party (for which I told my guests to expect pizza lunch for their kids) had to begin at 12:20 and their lunch wasn't received until 2:00pm after playing for 2 hours. The kids were miserable and hungry by 1:00 pm.
This is hardly what I'd expect from a location that specializes in parties for children.
Even when we received our pizzas and drinks (that were charged by the slice/per person and by the drink/per person), they were merely dropped off on the table in the midst of the chaos that was created. Nobody knew how many slices/who was supposed to get pizza.... on my dime.
Fast forward to when I was asked to pay full price for my experience, I was only offered free tokens for the arcade as a resolution for their screwing up the entire party for my 8 year old and 20 of...
Read moreI would love to be able to give them five! But unfortunately, the college kids and teenagers that run the rides, do you not watch the events that are going on. They are constantly on their phones looking at things and not monitoring the races. My youngest son was spun out several times, and after complaining they finally kicked out the girl who did that! Another gentleman spun me out And they gave him a warning. But he went to another track and then did the same thing over there To someone else. People were jumping in lines, the teenagers did not do anything. They were not monitoring the amount of people they were leading into the carts, and then ended up splitting up families and didn’t try to reconcile that with those families with children bawling their eyes out on Father’s Day that werecsplit up from their parents! Then in the evening I was spun out by another individual inside, my husband was stopped because he came up behind me. Another gentleman came up and hit my husband so bad that it forced him into me head on the safety latches on his seatbelt came on undone. We had to get out of the cars, because my neck was hurting so bad. The manager said they warned to the gentleman. However when the gentleman was riding past us flipped us off, I told the manager as I was speaking with the manager he flipped us off again to which the manager said I didn’t see it. I really hope they get some adults in there, or make a rule about no workers on their cell phones during the day to monitor people while they are racing and in line! I was never given an apology.... only told that they had ibuprofen and ice if I wanted it. The wreck was so bad by the other gentleman hitting us so hard that they stopped every car on the track inside. Terrible customer service and no...
