This restaurant has become absolutely horrible! All of the latest reviews about this place are spot on. The last several times I've gone here the dine-in is closed and the doors are locked. I always use the mobile app to order in an effort to speed things up. The first time I had an issue I made the mistake of placing the order for inside pick up and tapping I was there for them to go ahead and make the order. Upon trying to go inside...doors locked. So at this point you can't cancel the order and the drive through is wrapped nearly all the way around the building. I decide to just bite the bullet and take the loss on my money as that line isn't moving. The next few times, same thing...doors locked at the restaurant. Tonight, once again doors are locked during prime evening hours while there are 2 employees sitting outside on the sidewalk doing absolutely nothing but talking on the phone and unlocking the doors for what appears to be delivery services only. Once again, the drive through is 10 vehicles deep and not moving at all. I really don't know how anyone can have the patience to wait 30+ minutes in line for this. Really not sure what has happened to this place, it used to be run pretty efficiently until the last several months. Bottom line for me, I'm done with this location until they fix...
Read moreWhat was five stars and hopefully will be again, is now not suitable for the 1 minimum. But for this moment in time my opinion is everyone that was working tonight around 3 AM, if you weee involved in the preparation of food, you should lose your job. When you bite into a crunch wrap supreme and it chips your tooth because they make the shell so overcooked and so hard that you can’t bite through it, You should lose your job. The only item I got that had no issues was a beefy 5 layer burrito. How it escaped unharmed is a mystery. 3 stackers, the crunchwrap, just beyond words. As for the chalupa, maybe it was good, but it wasnt given to me. And that small bowl of potatoes you sell, is already small enough without going skimpy on them. And you should probably add napkins and cutlery to the sack, makes it easier to spit out what hurts you and the couple potatoes easier to eat. The Pepsi was good, and might have filled me up except every sip makes my tooth hurt worse. I have spent countless dollars at this location, I mean a lot. And until this it was my favorite one to stop at. Stones Crossing gets my business for now on, they still have employees who are happy and proud to have a job and do it correctly. As I said, you should all be fired. But my dogs thank you I guess, my stomach and tooth however, are...
Read moreI have been going to New Whiteland Taco bell sense it open at 3x a week for my family. I can understand in the being there will be problems but to this day only about half of our orders are correct. I have only called and complain 2 times and 1 of those times did they replace my order until today. I called before I went and basically was called me a liar and I told her I would like an apology when I bring the food back to show her and she hung up on me. I went to the Taco Bell where Kayla the shift manager was the one that told me that her store manager told her that she was not allowed to give me a refund only to replace my food because I come up there all the time and get free food. WHICH IS QUITE APPALLING! When I showed her the food she accused me of taking the shredded chicken out. That's not only crazy but Ludacris! I have never asked for my money back only asked replace what I paid for. When I took my food back in I videotaped all of it so that I could protect myself because they already claimed I was a liar. I really hate how this...
