Southmoor Furniture — Attraction in Wichita Falls

I would like to first start out by saying I spent alot of money with DJ since I moved here starting in January. I sold her something 1x and she got over on me,I bought a bed from her about a month and a half ago for 300.00 cash plus delivery charge. We'll I'm in a very dangerous situation and was going to sell her the bed and other furniture. First she said she'd give 10.00 for a microwave stand i paid her 40.00 for,said 5.00 for a metal 2 step stepping stool.and when she said 50.00 total for the bed I just paid 300.00 for that's when I said I'll throw or give away everything in my apt before I sell her a thing..I bought another table from her that was 35.00,a big area rug very used 25.00 and this is the way she treats ppl..trying to take advantage of someone who's in danger of losing my l.i.f.e.but it's ok if it comes down to it I'll give it away before I give...

BEDBUG INFESTED!!! Spent $350 on a refrigerator and in two years it’s broken!!! Had to toss a two year old temper pedi mattress and have my home treated several times to prevent bed bug infestation. Lady offered to give me a bottle of bed bug spray if I brought my own bottle. Barely offered an apology after my husband waited twenty minutes for our refund while she chatted with a friend. He had to ask her to serve him before she acknowledged he was there. When we purchased the box springs they were leaned against all the mattresses and box springs, so I’m sure they have had issues with many others. DONT...

I'm late on my review, but definitely needs to be made. They are FANTASTIC. The furniture was exceptional, the woman running the office (I'm so sorry I don't remember her name) incredibly helpful, and delivery went WAY above and beyond. I cannot recommend them enough. I have a friend who just moved to Wichita Falls with no furniture and can't wait to take him there to experience it...
