Compu-Gen Technologies, Inc — Attraction in Williamsport

WOW! Just fantastic above and beyond service. Long story short, I had to leave for Atlanta in one day, but something on my fairly new Lenovo laptop died, and my battery wouldn't charge. All my docs were backed up, but my fairly new laptop was a paper weight now, unless Compu-Gen could fix it.

Jason went into great detail in sharing all my options, and the best option was, if my computer couldn't be fixed in time to leave for Atlanta in 9 hours, my best option was to buy a new one, and clone my hard drive, a much more expensive option. He didn't have to put me first, but he did, and he was able to fix my existing laptop, i had him update the OS, and put on Win 365, and he checked my system for errors or viruses, (found one), added anti-virus software.

Instead of a huge bill for a new system, within 2 hours it was fixed, and 70% less than i was worried i would have to pay, and i was back in business. They totally could have hoodwinked me, and told me i had to have a new expensive computer, but they are pro's and are honest and have integrity.

Compu-Gen Technologies, Inc. advised me on a replacement computer with the same manufacturer Hewlett-Packard Company (HP). They protected me by ensuring I had a solid state hard drive (SSD) and a virtual private network (VPN) for public Wi-Fi. They were professional, extremely helpful and truly just a great company to do business with. New features will enhance the technology and security of my computer. While features were compared I felt marketing material could of been used to educate me. After my hard drive was removed/recycled I learned the recycling was not available to the public which encouraged me to share the gap in service with the city. I just had several problems with my laptop, tablet and phone working properly and in sync. Causing me a great deal of mental stress and not able to solve problems related to identity theft. Collin spent 3 hours with me and was so kind, polite, knowledgeable and very impressive. I did not know even how to explain every problem I was having, but he seemed to know what to fix and it led to other things working properly. I would have him be my own personal computer troubleshooter if possible - he is awesome and I can once again do what I need to do.
