I made an appointment by phone for a hot stone massage. During the phone encounter I expressed that I was seeking a hot stone massage and was only interested in this service. I was told no problem and that I’d be with their new massage therapist. She told me it was being put in as deep tissue but that the hot stone massage was in the comments. I completed the checkin online without difficulty. I went in for my 10 AM appointment on a Saturday morning. Following check in I was escorted to the massage room and asked to go over my requests/goals of my massage. I went on to discuss the hot stones and specific areas of focus on my body. I was told at that time that hot stones were not on my appointment and that wasn’t available for my service. I was incredibly disappointed at this point and decreased my service from an 85 minute massage to 55 minutes. I stayed for the deep tissue because I came prepared for a massage and wanted to do something at this point but incredibly disappointed. The massage moved forward. I have no significant disappointment with the massage itself. It was average, not good or bad. Given the opportunity I wouldn’t reschedule with the same therapist but that’s my opinion. Upon checkout, I was informed they were discounting my service by 50% which was kind but not asked for. I simply wanted the service I went for. I’m told the therapist I had is not trained in that technique which she didn’t tell me. I was also told that the error was with the receptionist that did put it in the comments but booked my service incorrectly. I’ve been to this establishment for services before and was happy but my experience today has ended my patronizing this establishment ever again. They were kind and attempted to make it better which was nice. But, if I’m going for a service then I expect what I’ve scheduled....

Let me start this with Josh has healing hands ! I am new to the area and I was very hesitant to book any local massages. I was accustomed to just driving to a hand and stone with no appointment needed. But due to my chronic pain, I needed to find someone. I came across this place and booked am extended massage session with Josh, who I later found out attends trainings and specializes in techniques to assist with chronic pain. Upon me entering the facility Josh was waiting up front and there was a welcoming energy in the facility. Josh asked me what I was looking for an also offered suggestions based on the information I gave him. He also asked If there were any specific areas he could focus on. I mentioned my joints due to the constant chronic pain I feel. The massage was amazing, he focused on the specific areas while also giving me a full full body massage. After, I felt immediate relief in my pain and I also managed to be pain free for a couple of weeks which is not common for me. I would DEFINITELY recommend Josh to anyone dealing with chronic pain and I can't wait to...

I went in to get a massage, and the guy giving the massage was noticeably right out of school. He didn’t have fluid movement or work in a relaxing manner. He actually massaged way to hard, I’ve had deep massages, this wasn’t a deep tissue, the pressure hurt. I think because he wasn’t really on a muscle sometimes. It was like he didn’t know where to massage. Now, this would have all been overlooked if the massage table wasn’t broken, and the music wasn’t skipping through the entire massage. It was the most horrible massage experience that I have ever had. When I came to the front desk and told them how unhappy I was, the girl behind the desk said that the music may have been skipping because of my cell phone!!!
