We recently purchased a queen sleeper sofa, love seat, and rocker recliner (Ashley Signature Collection) from Mike who showed exceptional customer service..(especially when we didn't think the recliner was working and he got done work to personally come over to make sure it was, in fact, working.) He set everything up for us and we had it delivered within a week. The process of getting the furniture was quick and minimal paperwork. The 2 delivery guys, Yusef and Genis couldn't have been more amazing.. We live on the 2nd floor of a narrow building, and the queen sleeper sofa was well over 300lbs, and overly wide as well.. Considering how hot it was on the day of delivery, they called to let us know they were on their way 30 min ahead of schedule, they were able to get the sofa sleeper not only up 2 flights of stairs, but inside our apt considering how overly heavy and massive it was.(We definately under-estimated the size of the sleeper). They brought up the other 2 pieces, set them up for us, and got rid of all the packaging as well.. They were both courteous and professional and we couldn't be happier with our purchase. The customer service that was shown from purchasing to delivery and set up was nothing short of terrific.. I highly recommend buying from Modern...

I was looking for a very specific looking couch and had been to multiple stores with no luck. A salesman from a different furniture store recommended them, so I drove thirty minutes to see if they had something similar to what I was looking for. I was greeted when I came in, and I explained what I was looking for. While they didn’t have what I wanted on the showroom floor, they found exactly what I wanted online, and even gave me a better deal than the listed price, without me having to negotiate. I even price checked it when I got home, and they beat everyone else’s prices by $200. They reached out for delivery within a week, and were flexible with delivery times and accommodated my schedule. The delivery window was from 1-4 pm, and the driver called me to let me know an actual time so I wasn’t sitting around waiting for hours. They moved the furniture quickly and carefully, and had the couch set up and out the door in under fifteen minutes. It’s the first time buying a couch unseen, but I’m very happy with the quality...

I really want to shout out my boy Mike I just moved down here and I went to this furniture store when I first bought my living room set and they overcharge me I said next time I’ll find me a place so I went to the Popeyes And I saw this furniture place check this place out so I met this young lady she was really nice so the next time I came back and I met mike her told me he will beat any price and i already put money down at the other place I went back to mike and ask him can he find my Furniture he he say yes he save me thousands of dollars I am so grateful for him I recommend anybody to him he’s nice he’s polite he works hard to make you happy and yes I got all my stuff and I will continue by myself I’m here I recommend my daughter my daughter-in-law‘s I’ll tell my neighbors my friend Mike is the truth much love much love you go to modern furniture and ask for Mike And tell him Kita sent you much love my do you think they got five stars but I’ll give you 10 stars...
