EDIT My Review is old but just to show how much this store cares (sarcasm) They've never replied to a bad review, they don't care! They won't even address the issue of horrible customer service. No apology, nothing! I wouldn't patronize this 5below! There are other ones who are polite, helpful & organized.
Store has a lot of stuff, but, like most FiveBelows, it's super unorganized & cluttered. You don't know if the thing you want to buy is $1 or $10, which, btw.....I think you should rename the store TenBelow or TwentyBelow cause FIVE below is no longer the case. This store is also one of the worst stores I've been to, as far as customer service! Didn't get a "welcome to 5below" when we walked in (they do it at all the other stores), I asks one girl where I could find coloring books... she said idk & kept walking (I said "Thanks for your help") & when it came time to pay the girl didn't say hello, is this all you needed today?, eff you I don't want to be here today, nothing, she said absolutely NOTHING....The girl didn't even say my total, she just said "You can swipe your card when you're ready" & she probably only said that cause I wasn't swiping shit till she AT LEAST acknowledged I was there! It wasn't a nice experience at all, to say the least! I spent a little over $180.00 in one trip, but that store will never get another penny from me cause of the employees. Management NEEDS to RETRAIN EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE...

"Manager on duty" very unprofessional, had an attitude, racial profiles, confontational because I asked the price of a particular brand of batteries that was not marked. She sent a female employee to ring me up after she said she was not waiting on me because I questioned her about batteries. And this employee acted dumbfounded when I asked the name of the manger, which she stated that the woman who walked away was the manager. So I asked for the general manager. She tried to gaslight and state she was not sure but stated the name of Tracy. When I asked her to spell Tracy's name, she did. But she does not know who the general manager was. The cashier was on her cell speaking to someone about paperwork that she stated she returned already, but that she was at work and she will redo the paperwork and drop it off Later before she even helped me with my question. I asked to speak with the store manager, she walks to the back and asks Angie “are you here“? There’s a lady asking to speak with you.
