Teriyaki Madness — Restaurant in Wilmington

Good food. Bad service. Forgot teriyaki sauce when ordered takeout and didn't listen very well when placing the order.

I tried Teriyaki Madness about 3 more times, as their food is good. I get the large steak/chicken bowl with rice and veggies. Great flavor, especially with the sauce that comes with it. The staff has improved in customer service since they opened and this is why I wanted to change my review from a 2 to a 4 star. A tip however, they close at 9 pm but stop taking orders at 8:45pm so just be aware of this.

8/22 UPDATE!! 1/5 stars. ordered there maybe 2 weeks ago. Food is back to being nasty. It was bland, steak was just cheap, resembling a budget chinese food take-out "beef". Maybe it was just the person who cooked it or quality issues.. either way that place is usually DEAD. I pass it regularly and seeing the staff's family inside when I picked up my order confirms my thoughts...T.M. most likely will close unless they get busier or really step up...

The food was delicious. The atmosphere was given ok vibes! The music genre was interesting because It was Trap music! I enjoy listening to all genres of music so it didn't bother me that I was listening to trap music while waiting for my food because I listen to trap music however (as an entrepreneur with a degree in entrepreneurship) the music didn't fit the Atmosphere in my professional opinion.... IJS.... Honestly, anytime your 15 year old daughter notices the music and says, " Mom, they ain't playing, you hear the music??", you know it was wild! Lol so.... We decided to eat in, while we were eating our food, the cashier decided to start flipping chairs onto the tables around us( basically signaling, closing time). This was at about 9:30 and they closed at 10. I thought this was very rude, unprofessional and inconsiderate of him! I would have at least acknowledged the customer and asked if it was ok to start cleaning up around them? But whatever, who am...

I ordered my dinner from here today when I tell you I have never in my life ever Taste anything this bad. The rice was burnt. The chicken was burnt. I do believe they gave me old food I ordered a chicken teriyaki bowl and chicken pot. Stickers the pot stickers was sticking to the bag the bag that they put them in was wet and on top of that they wasn't even chicken pot stickers they was pork and I don't eat pork I called their store immediately. No one picked up So I sat at work for 6 more hours with my Stomach hurting I do not know how these people receive a four point seven Star on DoorDash, someone is lying for this company. I don't know if they have a private own or corporate. But someone's gonna hear from me in the morning and I want my money back. No one. I mean no one should ever eat from this place. I wouldn't feed this to a animal. Old yeah the damn egg...
