First Watch — Restaurant in Wilmington

My girlfriend and I went here for the first time, and the place was very clean and the service was very pleasant and respectful. Our waitress Raniyah was very warm and accommodating. We both ordered omelets, but I had The Works omelet and she just had an egg white and spinach omelet. She doesn’t eat pork, so she was disappointed to find a chunk of bacon in her omelet. It probably was due to them making both of our omelets at the same time. Raniyah and Kurrie both apologized profusely and immediately comped our entire breakfast, which was very nice that it didn’t even take a back and forth. I loooooovvvvvvveeeeeeee this First Watch (Concord Pike to be exact 😉. Ted (the manager) is sooooo welcoming and friendly.....he's ALWAYS ready and willing to greet the customers, and assist in any way he can! He's even gone in the kitchen and cooked my food for me when I had my first and only hiccup there. The staff members are also very friendly and sweet spirited people! My food is ALWAYS very delicious (I am a regular there and always order the same meal lol). Overall, I highly recommend this specific location (no matter where you live 😂). The waitresd asked if I needed time to look at menu after bringing my drinknout. However, she did not come back to take my order. I needed more honey for my hot tea as she only brought me one. However, I see her waiting on other customers and standing in the food area conversating. I asked another waiter walking by to get my waiter to take my order and requested more honey. That waiter stated she could take my order. She came back to tell me my waitress put the order in and brought me the additional honey I requested.
