Classically Cate — Attraction in Wilton

While I did write this review while being very upset, the owner did reach out afterwards to help resolve this. Therefore, the star rating has been changed for this. Cate was very professional and understanding. I just wish it never came to this in the first place.

Ordered an item online on 3/13/22, called the store after a week to see why it hadn’t been shipped yet. Was promised that it would be shipped in the next few days, they’re a small business, which I understood. Nevertheless, a shipping label was created on 3/24/22, but has NOT started tracking or has even left for a USPS location. Have tried multiple times to call the store but every time it is “not available.” Also to my surprise, it’s been so long since my shipping label has been created, that it will no longer show up on USPS’s tracking. No attempt has been made to contact me to refund my money or anything.

I completely understand if an item ordered is out of stock, but it should not take OVER a month to realize this, especially with no attempt to get in contact with...
