LOFT — Local services in Winston-Salem

I am mainly an online shopper, but this Loft store has changed my mind and I will definitely come back for in store shopping! I was asked at least 3 times if I needed help, at least 4 or 5 times if I wanted to put something in a fitting room… in short, so much amazing customer service is to be had at this store. The sales associates are truly amazing - they were all very busy too because they were moving clothes from the main area to a sales area, but had time to make sure that I was being helped. Definitely recommend this store not only for their amazing clothes, but for the great help they were to me- even when I was in the fitting room I was checked up on to see if I needed a different size....

I stopped into Loft at Thruway today on a whim. I was greeted as soon as i walked in. While browsing I was asked several times if I needed help with anything. I found a few pieces to try on, one of them was a fabulous dress. While in the fitting room I was assisted by a wonderful sales associate named Bridget. She was so sweet and helpful, perfect customer service. I bought the dress and 2 great sweaters. This was honestly the best experience I have ever had shopping at this location. I’ve always been very brand loyal, most of my closet is Loft. I’ve recently relocated to the Winston area so this is now my home store. I’ve been disappointed by the customer service during each visit. There’s a pretense. Is it related to body diversity? Do they have a perception of their brand that’s unique to every store I’ve ever visited? Dunno. But helpful or kind...
