Trail's End Mercantile — Attraction in Winter Park

I am a retired school teacher and I consider myself polite and hard to anger. However, I was angered at this tourist-type store. I hadn't realized it was about ten minutes before it was to close for the day since there were at least 20 people still in the store and the door wasn't locked, like some stores do right before they close. So, I walked in and began to browse. About a minute after that, this loud and RUDE woman taps on my shoulder so hard I thought I must be bruised! Instead of saying, "excuse me ma'am" or "I'm sorry, we are closing soon..." She says, "HEY! We're Closed! You have to LEAVE!" That is her actual quote! This person needs to not only understand basic manners, but perhaps take a class on how to work effectively in retail! She is lucky i didn't sue her for the assault on my arm! I come to WP often, and they have lost my business and that of my friends and family for life. I suggest you avoid this place so that your pleasant holiday mood is not ruined by...

Overpriced and a worker was really unprofessional. The older lady was really nice, but the younger, arrogant kid was rude. He closed the place earlier than what was posted and tried to push his tiny chest out. I asked for something under the counter that no one could see, and he replied with (what we have is what you get) before realizing you can't see what they have. Their sign says 9pm, but he was trying to close early to get with his transgender boyfriend. ...
