Beach was very quiet. On a sunny summer morning before 8am, there were only 4 other people walking. I did not swim, but the water looked inviting. A mix of sand and stones along the shore. Nice to sit on the wall facing the sun. Really nice walkway and seating at the recently restored Highland Park. Looks like a great place to roller blade
