I bought a beard trimmer from this location that turnt out to be defective. I went to return it and they told me to come back when a manager was present. When I returned they told me to call the corporate customer care number. After a wasted hour on the phone with corporate, they instructed me to return to the local store.
When I returned to the local store for the third time, they told me they couldn’t process the return because they were out of stock and didn’t have a barcode to scan. It’s not my fault that they don’t have a barcode to scan. They sold a defective item and should issue a refund out of principle. The clerk was rude to top it all off. This is a bad location.
