So multiple reasons why my experience was terrible. Firstly she told me a root touch up shouldnāt be that long. And typically at other salons they never take longer than an hour and a half! This girl, Gabby I believe her name was. I could be wrong though. She had purple or some kind of color in her hair, the station she was working at was closest to the door behind the checkout podium. Secondly she answered her phone stopped coloring my hair and talked for at 10-15 minutes. Next her son who just got kicked out of school that same day shows up and weirdly stands so close to me and starts to re-enact a fight he had just gotten into. He was inches away from me pretending to throw punches and throwing his elbow around! He didnāt hit me but I was waiting for it to happen because he was soo close. Thirdly, she caked so much bleach product onto and in my ears then let me sit for so long my ears were on fire they literally had scabs on them for about a week. Fourth, She wanted to charge me $240 for a root touch-up!!!! They go by the hour, which is fine if you used your time wisely and didnāt have other things like unruly children and other things going on. Last but not least my back all down my pants was so wet it was like I got into the shower with my clothes on!!!! Please for your own good stay far away from this lady. Worst hair...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went in this salon to find out about a perm, the lady was rude and said your hair won't hold anything, it's almost like they were busy and did not want to take the time to help me. My hair has always held perms and curls well. I could not believe the customer service here. Then they said it would cost 150 to do a spiral, when everywhere else charges for the length of ones hair. They are more expensive then Penny's. They are crazy for that amount where everywhere else is around 65 for my length. I was just apauled at the rudeness, and not wanting to help a customer. You don't treat people like this. I will never go back here, and I will be telling everyone I know about the service here. I hope they read these reviews. Just like the person who commented about how they argued about the style of hair cut, it is our hair we know what we like and want and it is their job to cut the hair, and style the hair to what the customer is wanting, and if you can't figure that out then maybe you should pick a different profession. Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis was the rudest customer service ever. My mother who is on oxygen came in to get her hair done was told by the manager she had an hour and 45 min. Wait they never took her name or even asked what she was coming in for my mother left then called them to explain she would need to schedule her appointment as she was just in there and her oxygen wouldnt last that long the manager was very rude to her and told her she would have to come back down to make the appointment and my mother explained she couldnt do that. I then called and explained the situation of what happened the lady told me she was the manager and that she would call her boss to let them now of the complaint when i asked for a number because its not policy to give out a complaint number..i so dont believe that the manager as rude as she was and who had made the comment well im the manager i can do what i want is gonna call and report a customer complaint on herself..my mother and my family will never return to this store as the staff is disrespectful...
