1st Choice Driving School — Attraction in Woodbridge Township

I called ,no answer.So than I received a text, I asked about more information. The response got was prices being thrown at me and the person kept on saying we can do it tomorrow morning . I clearly said my daughter was a teenager,which means she is in school. This person had nothing more to say to me but prices and dates. I explained to him/her that I am not even able to communicate over the phone because there is no answer and texting isn't benefical when it comes to my money.This is completely unprofessional. The prices are different than online, I asked about hourly rates but I kept getting more than package rates thrown at me. It seems they are more so worried about making a quick sale rather than the experience of driving and I need my daughter to learn from people that really care not that are money hungry.ALSO, I see that they respond back to everyone with delete this review, we did not service you,wrong place , we don't have your name in our system, so just in case you want to come back at me with the nonsense you try with everyone else just know that your response won't phase me at all. It seems I have the same experience as others and I don't even know the other people so we all can't be lying. I should have read the reviews prior,sadly I did not. But my experience is complete honest and true and if you say it's not you're a lying. If someone calls you about business ANSWER THE PHONE! If you are busy call back when you can. NO ONE TEXT ABOUT MONEY CAUSE IT CAN ALL BE A FRAUD!!!. Update your prices online so they match accordingly!! Think before your respond, CHILDREN GO TO SCHOOL! Don't just throw dates at people if you don't know who you are talking to or a bit more info from the costumer . I DID NOT say an adult was taking lessons. I SAID A 17 year old, ding ding ding 17= school ! My feedback may not affect you but if you continue treating people this way your will affect your own business. Lastly is someone asked for an hour rate stop being so hungry for $ and give them what they ask for stop...

Owner rarely answers his phone, and texting was a nightmare. You have to repeat yourself so many times, I offered to call and make sure he understands but he just kept putting off returning a call. And communication between the owner and the workers is WORSE. We made an appointment for my son a week in advance for a lesson with Rajesh and the road test the same day, agreed on paying by Zelle and the time of pickup. I paid that SAME DAY. The day comes and my son is picked up and taken to the lesson, but before going to the road test the instructor tells him to pay the entire bill. My son was unsure, he wanted to call me but the instructor pressured him into paying then and there or he can't use the vehicle for the road test. So my son paid AGAIN because he was afraid of missing his road test!!!! I called and made the owner aware of the mistake and his employee's disrespectful treatment, and apparently he didn't even know I paid a week ago either! There is no excuse for the lack of bookeeping in a business, and much LESS for how the instructor communicated it to my SON. They had MY NUMBER and could've cleared it up with me ANYTIME. There is NO reason to confront a MINOR last minute. You can imagine I was LIVID. Doesn't even deserve one star. Absolutely disgusting how my son was put in this position. We got our money back, but that day was one big headache. Think twice before choosing this place, make your lesson appointments in advance with a better school to avoid...

I've called and made an appointment 3-4 weeks before my road test and he said i was good to go and I could pay him in cash on the day of the road test and I called a few days before my road test and he said he will meet me there at 3:30pm ( the time of my road test ) i got to the DMV at 3pm I called him twice he didn't pick up and then texted me and said " sorry I'm held up in Edison DMV for another road test " so what am I suppose to do now? He reponds and says sorry he'll try to send me another car but it was too late because my name was already being called to do the road test, thank god I found another driving school there on site and booked on site and paid them in cash and I got to do my road test and it was even cheaper than what 1st choice was charging me. You can not play with people time or licenses! I do not recommend this company...
