Just Subs — Restaurant in Woodbridge Township

Horrible experience the last two times I ordered (I don’t go here much) and staff is incredibly rude now, except the one kid who is black is super nice. ( sorry don’t know how else to describe him) . The owner used to always be there when I went and he was super nice and pleasant. The last 2 young white males who were working there were not only rude AF but my sandwiches were messed up. Perhaps they should repeat the order back for accuracy and to ensure there is no miscommunication. They rush you off the phone to give you the wrong item and then are rude on every level and then the sandwich is overpriced and skimpier than quickchek which is right across the street. They need to step up their game or I suspect they won’t last much longer with the many other restaurants coming to downtown Woodbridge. I wish I could love it here but that’s not the case. Making a sub/sandwich isn’t anything hard to do especially when the place is dead so I don’t know how the attitude is warranted. I asked for a refund and the guy clearly didn’t care about the customers experience. I’d give zero stars if I could. Training is needed for sure and portions need to be larger. Subs are great but certain employees there have a super nasty attitude for no reason acting like they’re so busy there when it’s a ghost town. Good customer service goes a long way, even though their food is good I probably won’t be ordering again.

Just editing my review to say that the current staff here are absolutely wonderful, unfortunately I did not catch either of their names. But I ordered a sub with lettuce and cucumbers and they ran out just to get cucumber to make my sub as they did not have any in stock.
