Extra Space Storage — Attraction in Woodbridge Township

Samantha was the most accommodating professional I have experienced in any customer service environment within the recent memory. I drove 6 hours from my current home to move out of my storage unit. It wasn't until I arrived at the storage facility that I realized I lost the keys to both of my locks. Samantha was the only person working at the time and went above and beyond to take the time to grind both of my locks down and get me in to my storage unit within minutes. After Samantha helped me get in to my unit, I was absolutely shocked when she told me she wasn't the manager. She went above and beyond her daily responsibilities to accommodate a customer that was in desperate need of help. She could have easily asked me to wait for her manager to come in a fews day later to grind down the locks but she recognized that I was in a very difficult spot and was able to go out of her comfort zone and take care of me. Ariana is the epitome of excellence customer service. She offered me the opportunity to save time and money from having to move out of my unit . I explained to her my as a last ditch effort to move out . I’ve worked in customer service for major corporations and our priority was to do whatever was reasonable to keep the customer satisfied while protecting the company at the same time if at all possible. Arianna was very nice/pleasant/professional as well as knowledgeable in regards to her job. I sincerely appreciate Arianna’s commitment in following up with me as she promised she would within the next one-two business days. My wish in closing is that Arianna would receive whatever acknowledgement/appreciation from your management department for her work. I am with extra space storage i got there at 5:50 pm on a monday jan 9 2017 and all i was gonna do is ask a simple question and the girl that is working there as soon as she saw me pull up she quickly got up to turn the sign to closing and turned the lights off so i wouldn't come in and had the nerve to keep looking at me like she didn't do anything wrong....remember they close at 6:00 pm that day and i pulled up in the front at 5:50 pm smh..... she need to get fired.....n just now towards the end she saw me writing this and had the nerve to come to me and ask me if i needed anything so i wouldn't tell on her smh..... I said i was good and explained to her what she did that she already know of that i will get customer service another day from someone that has great customer...
