ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES IN MY LIFE!!! My uncles wedding was here and I cannot express how upset my family and I are that we chose such a disgraceful hall. I am completely shocked. When we first came to visit the hall we were VERY happy. It was beautiful, Jeff was very nice, and he continued to “promise” us many things. But during the wedding EVERYTHING changed. We had given Jeff VERY important and detailed instructions on how everything was supposed to go, but guess who decided not to show up the day he promised he would be there! Instead, someone named Raj stepped in to take his place and to be honest, I have NEVER spoken to anyone as rude and clueless as this man. Not only did he not listen to his clients/customers, he also had the audacity to question what we were doing EVEN THOUGH WE HAD GIVEN VERY DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS. Also, it took us a good 40 minutes just to find him! And when we did find him, he was just chilling with the staff instead of making sure the party was running smoothly.
Apart from the “management” branch... the staff members were HORRENDOUS! They were rude, racist, and had VERY smart mouths. We asked for a clean sheet so that people can pray in the other room and one of the staff members had the audacity to say “this isn’t a mosque, don’t pray here” Apart from this, the bathrooms were DISGUSTING! They did not have anyone keeping it clean as the night went along. For a party with over 250 people one would assume that the bathroom would obviously get dirty. But for some odd reason the staff decided to get into an argument with me about how “the guests should be cleaning up after themselves”..... A staff member actually had the audacity to insult my guests, my family, and my friends when in reality they should have realized that we payed lots of Money for the night so that we can have a nice clean and comfortable party.
Apart from the bathroom, the horrible service, and horrible management that we received.... when we got to the hall to get ready EVERYTHING UPSTAIRS WAS BROKEN! The door was on the floor, The room was a mess, the carpet looked disgusting, and the AC “broke”. We were promised a clean/organized hall and all we received was TRASH!
Also, when it came to food I don’t even want to get started. ALL MY GUESTS DID NOT RECEIVE FOOD AND THE HALL HAD ALREADY RAN OUT PLATES! I had to walk back to the kitchen and demand they set out new clean plates ASAP! What type of Hall runs out of plates???
Apart from all the complaints I have just listed, something that bothered me most was.. the staff began picking things up/cleaning up WHILE there were many guests still sitting at the table. We had the hall till 11:30 and they began picking everything off the tables (ie: center pieces, table runners, etc) at 10:00 pm. Not only is this embarrassing on our part as hosts but we payed for this service and it was very wrong for them to clean everything up so early.
Also, if you STILL decide to have any future events here (please don’t, trust me) remember to CONTINUOUSLY remind the staff to put water and soda on the table, cause as logical as it sounds, some of the workers there really don’t have...

Raju the owner made LOTS of empty promises in our initial meetings, and once he sold us a dream and the contract was signed, they no longer had an interest in making their clients happy. We booked this venue for our wedding in October 2024. They never reached out for details, we had to chase them for a food tasting (on one occasion they booked it, had my fiance and his family fly out as well, just to have a manager tell us they forgot about the tasting when we arrived). Getting in touch with anyone at this place is a nightmare. Regardless, we had signed a contract at this point and when I brought up my concerns Raju basically threatened to cancel the event 4 months before it was taking place. There was a lot of back and forth with the menu, and again empty promises. On the day of the event, we had to run around and find someone to assist as no one was on the premises, even though Raju himself promised he’d be running the show the day of my event when we signed the contract. Apparently I had a maitre d, who never even met me on the day of the wedding (I basically was my own maitre d). They set out barely enough seating for the amount we paid for and only brought more seating when I myself physically counted each chair at each table in front of them, the chairs were broken and absolutely disgusting, and the only way they’d swap them out was when my dad started putting the detached cushions on the side to show them how bad they were. They started cocktail hour 45 minutes late, which pushed everything back, yet we were still rushed to vacate the venue at 8 pm, even though we barely got time to eat or dance. When we asked for food to take home as my husband and I did not eat a single thing, we were told there was nothing left. When my mom complained, they brought out a tiny plate of barely enough food for one person. Mind you we saw how much food was actually left over. The wedding cake was never seen, and they left out an entire dessert we had paid for! (We paid extra for a chocolate fountain and an ice cream station which was never set up). We called Raju a few days after the event to give him a rundown of what happened (I’ve left a lot out as there was SO much that went wrong including me being stuck in the bridal suite bathroom for almost 20 minutes because they refused to bring me toilet paper), and he begged for us to not leave a review, as he wanted to “make this right”. Guess what? We never heard back from him! The only thing this place has going for itself is the location and potential beauty of the venue, if they knew how to clean it and keep up with it. Read moreIf I can give this place zero stars I would have the communication is the worst nobody answers the phones nobody seems to know anything.I booked this venue for the (Atrium) room in October 2021. I then tried calling numerous times throughout November leaving Messages for the Assistant Manager and the General Manager and nobody ever got back to me.At this point I had to go out my way and go to the location. I spoke with the assistant manager named (Alize) at this time she tells me that the room I booked was already taken by another customer who was having a wedding. I asked her how can that be if I gave a deposit she said she doesn’t know how that happened either but she claimed it was booked for a wedding that was postponed from 2020 during the pandemic.I asked her what was I supposed to do with my party being a month away she told me she didn’t know she have to speak to the general manager and get back to me. Once again I tried calling this place and leaving messages nobody answer’s the phones so on December 9th I went back to the location again and this time the GM (Mencia) was there she stated she didn’t know how I was able to book for the (Atrium) room when it wasn’t available for that date. The young lady who assisted with my booking and taking my deposit was also there that day and she said it let her take the deposit and there wasn’t anything else booked on that date of January 8, 2022 I was told by Mencia she was sorry for the inconvenience if I would take another room and that would be the (Terrace) room at that time I didn’t have any other choices because the venues that I was looking at had already booked customers so I had to go with a room that I didn’t pick. After all of that the day of my party I was told by another staff member that my (guest) would have to Serve themselves (Wow) what venue do you pay thousands of dollars and purchase all your food from that your guest have to serve themselves? I’m not sure what’s going on in this place but I would like to speak to the (Owner)because the staff that he has are not doing a good job of communication! FYI when you have thousands of dollars of customers money you need to know exactly what is included in their package and let them know at the time of booking and of any changes! I would never recommend this place go somewhere else where your money will be appreciated!!!! Fire the whole staff they don’t answer the phones anyway they are useless just...
